Hotel personnel was very polite. But the room had mold behind the pictures. They did not move us to another room due to "we are fully booked" and gave me 2 options...either clean the mold off with bleach or check out. I paid too much money to check out without a refund. Hence to say not the best place to stay in.

We had a great time in St Augustine! 
The tv had some trouble but they were quick to fix that!

The cleaning staff is very hard working. The room was great for the price besides from the sticking door.  Breakfast was what expected and parking was a plus. Landscape died. Courtesy and service at the counter needs to be a bit better. Keys deprogrammed daily. Water pressure at sink was insufficient but shower worked well. Lobby, specially the feeble signature oak staircase gives you a cheap and haunted welcome and feels unsafe....what were they thinking? For the price, i shouldn't be complaining...but it takes so little to improve the experience. So, why not?

Do yourself a favor and DON’T stay here!!!  My husband was taking me to St. Augustine for a birthday get-a-way and he likes (or should I say, liked) Country Inn and Suites.  He reserved us a 1 bedroom king suite.  Our first indication this place wasn’t good should have been the empty parking lot!  We walked in and the place had a terrible odor, the walls in the hallways and the doors were all dinged up.  We got to our room and that was no better.  Doors hanging on the hinges for cabinets,  a hole in the wall, smelled terrible, worn furniture and the pillows on the king bed were the size of throw pillows in pillowcases.  Then we pulled the sheets back….stains all over the sheets.  It was disgusting.  I cannot believe the Radisson has such an awful place under their name.
