Staff was helpful, courteous and friendly. The property is undergoing renovations but we did not have much impact as our room was on a different side wrt renovations.

Is right next to a Dunkin so that makes it easy to get good coffee in the morning. Breakfast was pretty decent. Facilities and staff were great!

Got a call from the front desk at 9pm because we were too loud. Hardly any other guests were in the hotel and we were laughing. Not being rude or disrespectful. Unfortunate and left a bad overall feeling

The suites are really nice and good options for breakfast. Linda the manager at the front desk was warm, welcoming and very helpful. Will be staying there again in our next trip.

Coffee was terrible in the lobby , like I was drinking watered down coffee ,, complementary breakfast was worst I’ve had , omelettes in plastic bags , and other than waffle machine being only positive thing on breakfast counter .remodelingbwas being done and all construction vehicles were taking up most spots in front by front doors u think management woulda told them to park to back especially trailers etc ,

I thought my room was rather small. The desk or what is called a desk was to small. Also most hotels I stay at have small mini refrigorators. That would be a nice thing you could add to the rooms.

Toilette stained. Mildew on bathroom fixtures. WiFi extremely slow with constant dropping and having to reconnect. Parking lot a sheet of ice, no salt or sand.

Have stayed here many times. Always the best deal in town and conveniently located across the street from Saint Bonaventure University. Highly recommended.
