Het hotel is jaren 70/80 ingericht en wordt negatief “gemoderniseerd”. De receptie is alleen ‘s morgens open, de sleutel komt met code uit digisafe. Kamer en badkamer klein, wel schoon. Voorzieningen als kastje met toiletartikelen (leeg) en minibar (ontbreekt) zijn buiten gebruik. Zeepdispensers leeg; er liggen een paar zakjes met “shampoo- douchegel”. Op de gang een koffie- en thee tafel met alleen glazen en een waterkoker. In de ontbijtzaal waren we de enige gasten. De bediening was één dame die ons van slappe koffie en heet water voor thee voorzag. Vroeg of we ei wilden. Toen kwam er een bakje van dat kunstmatige roerei op het (karige) buffet. Verder was ze druk in de keuken. Er lagen nog twee mini croissantjes en drie minibroodjes, verder twee zelf te snijden halve broden. Wat jam en (resten) kaas. Dag 1 nog Birchermuesli, dag 2 alleen yoghurt en fruit. Zwitserland is duur, maar dit hotel is voor wat het biedt echt veel te duur.
