A wonderful quiet nights sleep in a spacious room with comfy bed. Staff were warm and welcoming. Very clean, nice hot shower and plenty of room to park. The pricing was very good and we will be definitely staying there again. Thank you Balonne River Motor Inn staff.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and roomy. Large size vanity with loads of counter space. It was quiet and didn’t hear any noise from other rooms or outside. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this motel to others.

Rude managers. Terrible customer service. Tv and shower didn’t work properly. Had booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. Didn’t stay 2nd night and was refused a refund that we had paid up front for. Totally unacceptable! Should not be paying for 2 rooms that we didn’t even use!!

Although the motel is old it’s clean and tidy. The young couple looking after the place were so helpful and friendly. We r grateful for our stay. Thank u The smoking area was very relaxing under the trees. Apparently normally there is breakfast available but this wasn’t a problem. Lots of places to get food. The winery was lots of fun too
