To be fair we booked a room last minute based on price. The room was 4th floor in the eaves overlooking a busy bar. As a place to crash for a night it was okay, a week there might be a bit much. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, but there appeared to be no staff resident in the hotel overnight.

The highlights of this hotel were the friendly service and great location. All the members of staff were helpful and cheerful and it was a great place to stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The staff were so kind and accommodating to us. We speak no French and they worked with us and were very patient. They gave us wonderful advice on sightseeing and transportation. Breakfast was wonderful. We will be staying again

Hotel, staff, food and drink are excellent. The rooms are just what you need and are comfortable and warm. The two areas I would change is go back to how the breakfast was before but increase the charge. The other is the booking time, waiting until July to book makes the flights so much more expensive. I would book now with a 10% increase rather than wait, flight prices increase 75% between April and July.

Un accueil chaleureux et agréable, un sens du service exceptionnel c’est un petit hôtel familial avec de belles chambres décorées style montagnes un véritable cocooning !!! Le petit déjeuner est continental pains frais et croissants à volonté !!

Si nous revenons à Saint-Gervais nous réserverons cet hôtel. Situation idéale, chambres propres (même si une petite rénovation serait appréciée:) , tous les équipements marchent parfaitement. Très propre partout. et l'accueil est très agréable, merci
