- Avisamos de la hora de llegada y cuando entramos a la habitación estaba el suelo empapado porque habían fregado. - No había suficiente papel higiénico. - Las literas estaban mal hechas, no sé podía subir y bajar cómodamente, era muy complicado. - El aire acondicionado no funcionaba. Debido a eso, teníamos que dormir con la puerta de la terraza abierta y había mucho ruido por el tráfico. - La persiana de la terraza no se podía bajar. - Muchas exigencias al dejar la habitación. - Había dos escobas y ninguna fregona.

Excellent accueil de la part de Sandra, bien situé proche du centre. Un peu petit pour 4 en cas de long séjour, cela a été très bien pour 3 nuits. Le coin cuisine est assez pratique, le balcon et sa vue ont été très appréciés et le quartier est sympa aussi.

Obligée de ne mettre que 2 étoiles pour la propreté, même si on nous a de suite changer d'appartement , après avoir trouver une culotte d'enfant usagée au moment de prendre nos draps fournis par la résidence pour faire nos lits...
La reception s'est platement excusée, le problème a été réglé aussitôt notre remarque mais le doute subsiste quant à la propreté ...

Hôtel propre et accueil agréable. Bien situé, près du centre, et relativement calme car chambre du bon côté.La literie peu confortable. Un égouttoir et un plateau aurait été un plus dans les éléments de cuisine.

All good. Celine is very friendly and speaks Spanish very well. The room has a small kitchen but enough for one or two nights. Comfortable beds, the only bad thing is that you have to make them yourself. Very well located, close to everything. We will probably have to stop by Saint-Jean-de-Luz in a month and we will stay here again.
