Booked a room with what looked like it had a Walk in shower but it was a regular tub shower. Would have appreciated a nightstand with drawers.

Staff was great and very helpful. This is the single worst Hampton I've ever stayed at. Carpet is gross, place smells like strong air freshener trying to cover old stale mildue. Breakfast area seating and carpet truly disgusting. Again, I don't blame staff or wish to diss on them, they were great and they realize the shape this place is in, but Hamton should be embarrassed about this place, way below their standards and needed updating 15 years ago.

The team at Hampton Inn was excellent. They made us feel welcome and helped us with anything we needed. My nephew left his stuffed animal in the room and they got it for us and kept it until we could get back over. They even included a little snack with his stuffie saying it had gotten hungry. The room was clean however the scent they used was pretty strong. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay.

We were greeted promptly and were soon in our room. It was very tastefully decorated. The mattress was so comfortable I think I was asleep the minute my head hit the pillow (which were so soft as well!) and slept a solid 7 hours. Breakfast was scrumptious, many options and the vanilla malt waffles were delicious! All staff were so friendly. Checkout easier than check in, which means it took 2 seconds! The location is right off the interstate and was just a hop and skip to Chiefs camp. Highly recommend!

Parking was taken up by a large motor home and big trucks hauling stuff. Be cause those vehicles take numerous spaces, parking was non-existent for cars
