This place has staff that are kind, caring, and very efficient! I felt taken care of so I could enjoy my vacation! They have a nice hot breakfast spread and happy hour dinner type snacks. The pool is really nice. Rooms are very clean and comfortable beds!

I'm very happy with the room Kris assigned to me. Most importantly, he provides excellent customer service. I called ahead of time, and Kris went up to make sure my room was cool and that everything was in good working order. I was also pleasantly surprised when he realized I was a Diamond Select Member. As a result, he greeted me with the Diamond Select gift without my asking because I was unaware of this gracious gesture. The gift bag includes water and a snack. I've lived here 5 months now, and thought it was time to write a review..The Staff is Friendly and Caring, the rooms are Nice with Full size Refrigerators and Microwaves, parking lot is Well Lit and Spacious, Laundry facility is Always clean, the beds are Comfortable.I did have a problem accessing my room, but the Staff were on it Right Away and replaced the Card Reader Mechanism--Other than that, NO Problems..I would DEFINITELY recommend this place for Travelers and/or people looking for an 'Apartment Style' Hotel for an Extended Residence.

Location was good 20 mins from downtown St. Louis. The lobby is pretty and was very clean. The pool is nice but I would stay away from the hot tub as it seemed to have a layer of dead skin floating at the top of it. The room itself is really nice and very clean it is a great stay for family or a solo get away the rooms look exactly like they do in the photos.

Please don’t make the mistake I made and read the reviews before booking. Is the place a complete dump…no…but most of the reviews are accurate regarding cleanliness and upkeep of the property. My family and I were there for six nights and housekeeping never came the entire stay. The room we had (104) had a musty smell as soon as we walked in the room and it was like the room needed a dehumidifier because it always felt moist in the room. Chair in room was covered with animal hair and looked like animal badly chewed up legs to chair. Place needs pest control for ants, spiders and other insects as I always saw (no bedbugs to report). Side door to building would not open with key and we were told their system was not working properly. Also, pool is closed just like all the other reviews say. As far as staff they seemed friendly but not sure what they did because there were a ton of them there but never had our room cleaned. Breakfast was better than what most are reporting and never had an issue finding what we wanted to eat. I would rate this hotel equivalent to a Super 8, but definitely not to the standards of a Marriott Hotel.

Initially, I thought this was my new ”go to” for my frequent St Louis business trips. Since 2018, my work has me traveling about 70 days per year, mostly in MSP and STL...thus far IGH is my chain of choice. The decor is very nice, and the staff was helpful and friendly. Since I was planning to do some work in the hotel, after hours, I opted for their King Suite (their best rooms, I believe). Very nice and functional furnishing, and almost everything was operational (no microwave, and the door was sticky due to an apparent break-in)...but the mini-fridge made ice blocks of my soda, yogurt and water (minor stuff). Otherwise, they've done a good job with their on-going renovation. My initial satisfaction with this location was short-lived. Around 8pm, I heard a series of loud thumps outside my bedroom window...then cheering and hooting. After a few minutes, I went outside to investigate. As I walked to the side of the building, near my windows, I found two Cornhole games within a few feet of my room. Not sure who thought that would be a good idea but the games went on well past 10pm, and I had to call the front desk twice to ask if they could intervene. This is a deal-breaker for me...I've had 10 nights here, and really wish I stayed somewhere else. Live and learn - It seems they're not trying for business travelers at this location...will be at La Quinta going forward.
