I booked their party area for a family event, but I was shocked by how rude the staff were. Unlike other hotels where I've hosted family events, this restaurant's staff refused very reasonable requests, such as adjusting the lighting. I am deeply disappointed by their attitude and will never book this place for any event again.

Clean, comfortable & safe hotel. Staff was not all that friendly. When asked if there was availability to check in an hour early, they treated me like I was asking for a million bucks and said there would be no clean rooms until exactly check in. That was strange, but everything else was good. Breakfast was terrible.

Very good location. Safe neighborhood. Close to many attractions. Excellent staff. Clean, quiet, safe. I will continue to stay at the Cheshire when in Saint Louis.
