Excellent location in the Forest Park area, and close to Metrolink. Easy walk to shops and the park, or to drive into the city. Unit had all the necessary amenities, and was super clean (washer and dryer in the unit was great for a mid-trip refresh of travel clothes). Would definitely stay here again.

I’ve stayed at Kasa properties in other cities and always enjoy the homey feel of them. This property had some repairs in progress (a ceiling leak near the gym, for example) but was generally in good condition. The building is new construction and fits well in the neighborhood of historic structures. It was located in a super walkable area near Forest Park and the Metro station, with a handful of coffee shops, bars, and other small stores within a few blocks.

Great location and great price. Very comfortable apartment. Friendly and responsive service. The building has all the amenities you could want and is very secure, including with free parking. Highly recommend this location with its proximity to Forest Park.

Seamless experience overall. Loved the self-service aspect of everything…could handle everything from my phone. Extremely easy check in and check out, beautiful/well stocked room for a great price! Comfiest bed ever, too! Couldn't ask for more.

The apartment was amazing! The outdoor patio near the club house was messy and i was nervous to use the hot tub. I was disappointed because i really wanted a use the outdoors space. But otherwise it was great!
