Location is hard to get to and nothing around other wise the hotel is clean and nice. Some of the front desk ladies are not friendly at all

As a touring party in the music industry, we stay in hotels on a daily basis.
The help and service provided by Manager Megan Wright and her team was second to none She personally arranged parking for our tour bus to be allocated and coned off as well as being super helpful all round.
Nice rooms and great staff….definitely a hotel I would recommend after 38 yrs as a Tour Manager.

This suite was nice. Everything was clean and in good order.
The breakfast buffet was average to slightly above average. I got the impression of the staff would do more if they had the tools, permission or funding.
The staff was great. Every single person that we talked to was a pleasure. The 2 gentleman at the front when we checked in should give classes on customer interaction.

Our room was nice and clean and the waitstaff was very nice. We were very disappointed in the pool area and that there wasn’t a hot tub.

A really nice experience. The hotel was very clean with nice amenities, the staff was very friendly, our room was also very clean, great bed and pillows. Onsite laundry, close to restaurants and shopping. I'd highly recommend to anyone visiting the Twin Cities!

Nice location and relatively clean. Pool was a little cold and there is no sound dampening so with a few families in there, it’s almost deafening. Breakfast selection was great!
