Great customer service from Tia! Friendly & professional with good local knowledge tips , very quick checkin. Comfy bed & plenty of complimentary tea & coffee. Ideal location for Dover departures as the port is only 2 miles away. Would recommend

A convenient stopover with usual comfortable room and friendly staff, but let down by an unattractive location and poor quality breakfast, the latter due to making breakfast a buffet affair as a cost cutting measure. Don't destroy your business in the process!

We stayed on the 4th-5th November and had the most pleasant experience. Receptionists were outstanding and went the extra mile whenever they could. Very helpful. Room was spotless, bedding and towels both spotless. Instant hot water with branded shower gel / hand wash soap. Comfortable stay, couldn’t have been any nicer. Would definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Great stay as always, stayed with my family and my children enjoyed the sweet treats and colouring left in the room for them, the staff as always were very helpful and couldn’t do more for us when we asked for details of the local area and best places to go overall a great hotel with fantastic staff

Very poor service, staff unclear on meal deal stating Duke of York ( next door ) dealt with this. Which they didn’t. Charged £10 without notice, as rang to check if group booking was together, other guest was put on same floor but no mention of extra charge. Until we arrived No bath slip mats, note to say ring reception… really in a family room? Very thin walls and ceilings so kept awake by upstairs guest stomping around. Room selection very poor and limited. Would not recommend or return. Paid for breakfast at Duke of York, which was equally as poor, Doors did not open till 6.30, breakfast was ok but no way worth £10.99. Supper at Duke of York, albeit we were 2 hours early in to restaurant, ( but as a guest in hotel didn’t think it would be an issue, had not taken in to account it was Sunday and carvery ) we were seated and told we had 40minutes before table would be needed. Which was fine as we were early. But food was ordered, then 25 minutes later kids starters arrived. Our food arrived on extremely hot plates even the kids, one hurt his hands, the food was only just warm and very tired looking, pretty tasteless too. A very cheerful chap did enquired about our meal, very apologetic but nothing else. Kids brownies was stupidly hot. Won’t recommend or return.

As always a great nights sleep. Room was lovely and quiet and was an ideal stop before boarding the ferry. Be aware though that Premier Inn's don't seem to have a shaver socket so ensure your shaver is fully charged first! Food is provided from the nearby Brewers fayre, this is only a couple of minutes walk away, although the food I would consider as acceptable, nothing great.

Expensive for what it is. Room smelt funny, hairdryer was broken, curtains were broken, noise from road was very noticeable. Only stayed due to the distance and convenience. Will travel for better and cheaper accommodation next time. Didn't complain at the time has both my daughter and I were exhausted from our long day and had a early start to the following day.
