Noget slidt, men central beliggenhed, med ægte ski in/ ski out og relativ stille om natten. Lejligheden kan let og billigt forbedres med nattelamper ved køjesenge, flere kroge til håndklæder og montering af bruseholder på badeværelse, samt kroge til viske
