Excellent séjour de 2 nuits, Situé à 15min du Groupama Stadium, 30min du vieux Lyon. Séjour au top, personnel qualifié, situation excellente.

Hôtel vieillissant, 125€ la nuit sur un matelas tellement dur que je n’ai quasiment pas dormi, fenêtre ouverte ou fermée j’étendais toujours l autoroute, et bruit hallucinant. Je déconseille, je fais 6 hôtels par mois, je n’ai jamais vu cela a ce prix là en plus

On entend trop l'autoroute à proximité et le tarif est déconnecte de la qualité de la prestation. Salle de bain non propre ave c présence de moisissure. De plus pas de cafe dans la chambre ( 150 € la nuit )

When I got into the room I was welcome by a few insects. Just in front of me. I run to the reception and they told me that is was not a problem ... maybe but i was not informed before I had to share the rooms with a few insects. Limited choice for breakfast

Annulation facturée avant midi en totalité alors que je séjourne une fois par mois dans cet établissement et aussi plusieurs de mes collaborateurs. Les pratiques commerciales de cette chaine sont abusives.

A part l’emplacement rien ne va dans cet hôtel. Pas d’eau chaude, petit déjeuner bof avec 1 baguette dure que l’on a dû demander Chambres vétustes travaux nécessaires dans la salle de bain Restaurant bof Bref je ne recommande pas et je ne comprends pas comment il peut avoir un 4 étoiles

Je n'ai pas aimé la façon autaine du réceptionniste, il ne semblait pas apprécier que je sois passé par le site hôtel.com, la chambre est vieillotte rénovée, pas de douche mais une baignoire plastique, le parking est trop petit par rapport au nombre de chambre, il faut arriver tôt pour trouver une place....
Le petit déjeuner à 14,90€ n'est pas digne d'un 4 étoiles, j'ai vu mieux chez ibis ou autre moins cher.....
En résumé, je suis déçu de ce séjour....
