Nice view from the hotel. Close to downtown St. Moritz. Very clean. Staff very gracious and accommodating. Bonus for the free train rides, etc.

The hotel location is a good 10 minute taxi ride (which cost us CHF38) from St Moritz centre or about an hours walk. Had a modern minimalist room in one of the blocks, which was almost Scandinavian style as pine wood throughout, with views over countryside and lake. Room comfortable, and best pillows we had all trip. Smallish bathroom with good size walk in shower. In room safe available. No tea and coffee facilities, however reception were happy to loan us a kettle. Towels provided were a little thin. Lovely thick towels were provided for use in the spa. Only mirror available was in the bathroom. Breakfast was included in our rate, and there was a reasonable choice of hot and cold items. We dined in the hotel restaurant one night. The menu is limited but the food was fine. . There is nothing around the hotel except other private properties. The hotel does have a shuttle, however it has to be pre-booked and the hours of availability are limited. We did notice a restaurant down the road near the ski lift, however it had just closed after the summer season and was not due to reopen until early December, so other than eating in the hotel, you need to go into St Moritz.

Punti a favore: camera in chesa Languard spaziosa, pulita, con vista strepitosa. Personale cortese e professionale. Interessante poter avere sconti su impianti di risalita e mezzi pubblici, a partire da due notti di permanenza. Tranquillità assoluta. Spa piccola ma pulitissima e altrettanto graziosa. Punti a sfavore: divano letto della family room deluxe scomodo. Consigliamo di sostituirlo con un letto singolo. Colazione appena discreta. Il caffè della macchinetta grida vendetta.

Nice clean hotel,food good,rooms clean and friendly staff spoke very good English,free shuttle bus into town very handy so if needed wait for bus at station as cost of taxi nearly 50 Swiss francs,bus runs nearly all day until 4pm and saves a 45 minute walk up hill back to hotel

Die Servicequalität stimmt. Man merkt, dass das Hotelierpaar präsent ist. Auch ein gutes Zeichen: Das Personal ist dasselbe wie im letzten Jahr. Die Anlage ist auf mehrere Häuser verteilt, das verleiht dem Berghotel Randolins fast einen dörflichen Charakter.
