Clean and spacious double room with nice view of the forest by the St. Moritz lake. Breakfast (included) is adequate with variety of cheese and bread. Takes less than 10 min by bus from St. Moritz train but only 1 per hour during the season (April), so plan your itinerary accordingly.

Speaking of the location, you must hop on a bus to get there. But the bus that drops you off at the hostel doesn't seem coming so often. So you are probably using the bus that drops you around 15 minutes away from the hostel. (or you can plan thoroughly to get the best option) Walking around for 15 minutes was definitely a no-go for me, I was worn out at the time because I hiked all day. I assume the others are pretty much the same as me. The receptionist was I would say extremely kind and attentive. They are willing to help me with whatever problem I have. Don't buy hot water at the coffee machine if you need it. They provide hot water and st.moritz-Spezial water in the kitchen or whatever you call it. The lobby which is ground floor was cool and fancy. There are tons of tables where you can take a break or have something with your company. I stayed at a 4-bed dormitory. The room and beds seem like a bit old but it wasn't a big deal for everyone. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to others.

The room was tidy. However, the location was somewhat distant, requiring us to spend around 30CHF each way for transportation between the train station and the hotel by taxi.

We stayed at St Moritz Youth Hostel for a night after taking the Glacier Express from Zermatt. One might think lesser of a hostel as compared to a hotel but after our night stay at St Moritz Youth Hostel, I found myself truly underestimating the service a hostel can offer, much unbeknownst to a general opinion. And we owe thanks to Iris and her team’s wonderful hospitality and service, the stay was a memorable and wonderful experience. It was the last night of our honeymoon trip in Switzerland. Although it was snowy, sheer cold and our skins were shivering from the brr conditions, the kindness and hospitality by Iris and her team who went above and beyond truly, exudes warmth from within, which made our experience an exceptional one. One that would etched in our memories for many decades to come. We felt that this hostel provides extremely good value and is only a 10 mins bus ride away from the train station. The bus stop is right outside the hostel so it’s convenient even with big luggages. We bought 24 hours tickets at the station for the bus ride. Hostel is clean and has a good welcoming vibe. Although we stayed in the shared bathroom, bathroom was clean and near, didn’t have to wait long to use. There was also a basin in the room so it’s quite convenient. You don't have to step out to brush teeth or do any washing. Do bring your own soap, u can borrow a hair dryer from reception. We had dinner at the hostel, it was amazing. Breakfast was wonderful too. I would highly highly recommend this place to stay , you are in safe hands and well taken care of by the awesome team! They are patient and answer all your questions and share with you more about how to get around. St Moritz is a small town, but the experience and takeaways we obtained from our stay, is far greater, significant than the place. This in my opinion, is what you call travelling for an experience, with an experience. Thank you so much to Iris and the team (sorry didn’t manage to get your names!!)!! Superb is an understatement.

This is my solo trip and my first time to stay in a hostel. The hostel is clean. Shuttle bus available in every 15-20min to the doorstep. I am lucky to stay at dorm on my own because no roomate. The shared toilet just right opposite my room. Toilets are clean. Self service buffet breakfast has variety choice of cheese, oat etc. There are coffee machine and hot chocolate available for the breakfast period. Great experience!!

Bad location. Far away from rail station. You either have to walk 30 mins or go by bus which is not frequent.

Spent a night here as checking into another hotel next day. About 10min walk from an Italian restaurant which we enjoyed. Room is clean but with basic amenities

the breakfast was great but otherwise, beds have to be made yourselves and no other soaps are provided, usable areas would mostly be the food lounging area. would not bother with the washing machine, basement smells like wet socks from all the skiers equipments. note bus timings if you want the one stopping directly outside the hostel, past that and you'll be walking about 10-20mins from down town.

The Hostel was very modern, and provided all the necessary amenities. The room and common areas were spotless, and the Staff was very professional. There was a City bus that ran directly to the train station. The prices were very reasonable.

Take the bus from the train station and get off at the last stop right in front of the hotel. It takes about 10 minutes to walk from the hotel to the back mountain hiking trail and the scenery is very beautiful. You can reach the lake in 5 to 7 minutes on foot from the hotel. The breakfast is rich.

I used it on a trip with friends. It was a two person room, but the room was very clean and quite nice. There was also a fitness room, which was great for me as I have a habit of training. There was a wide variety of cheese and the food was delicious, so I would like to go there next time when I travel alone.

There is a bus from the train station to the hotel. It happens to be the starting point and the end point. You can get off at the hotel. It is very convenient. You can walk to the lake in 5-10 minutes. The accommodation includes breakfast. Dinner is paid and is available until 8 o'clock.
