The walls are thick and there is no sound in the next room at all, and the restaurant next door is so I heard a little music, but I don't care. It was hard to get off the bus from the station and get to this hotel because the slope was hard in San Moritz. Since Google Maps taught me the road with stairs, it is difficult to climb from the stop, so I think it is better to use the sidewalk along the road. It is relatively beautiful if the hotel has been renewed. I'm a little wondering who's the hobby of the interior of the wall?

I agree with all the positive sentiments given here with my only concern being the size of the bathroom and the awkwardness of getting in and out of the shower. This may be room dependent but ours was quite small and the entrance to the shower/tub would be a challenge for an elderly or limited mobility person. The height of the tub and lack of grab rails make this a challenge along with the fact the way the glass shower door hinges back into the sink area. This is even more so trying to get out of the tub where your feet are now wet and the tub will be slippery.

Lucky we booked the Hauser. It is in the middle of town area with the best and most popular restaurant of its own in town. We got a balcony room with stunning view of town and mountain. Room is spacious and basic with every amenities you need. The efficient free shuttle back to train station was bonus. The staff helping the arrangement were all super friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed our breakfast. What's more you can expect from St Moritz?

We had a pleasant surprise with an upgrade to a bigger room from our booking as it is our wedding anniversary. Room was decorated beautifully. Hotel also offered complimentary pick up and drop off service from/to the train station. Minibar is complimentary with beer, coke, lemonade, soda, peanuts and chocolates. Free cable car passes were also provided. Very heart warming stay.

This room is similar to a small suite, located in the wing building. The rooms in the main building should be better. The room is not big, old-fashioned and ordinary, and the electric blanket is a bit old, but clean. The water pipes in the room are filled with mountain spring water, which is delicious for making tea and makes your skin smooth after bathing. The hotel lobby is so beautiful, and the stairs and the wide corridors on the guest room level are all old-fashioned and elegant. Picture 8 is the chef's recommended dish in the hotel restaurant. The ingredients and seasoning are a level higher than those in the restaurants near the hotel. There are several restaurants under the hotel within a 5-7 minute walk. I only tried the Japanese food, which was good, and the tempura shrimp was large and fresh.

She ensured that our stay was smooth and attended to all our needs with great attention to detail. Furthermore, when we encountered an unexpected last-minute cancellation, Ms. Müller was very accommodating and kindly waived the cancellation fee, which was highly appreciated. The hotel's swimming pool, sauna, and steam bath were among the major factors that drew us to stay at Hotel Cervus. These facilities proved exceptional and provided an excellent way to unwind and bond as a team after our busy days. Our rooms at the hotel were stunning. They were spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated with tasteful decors. The well-equipped amenities in every room made our stay even more comfortable. It's no exaggeration to say that these were some of the most beautiful rooms we have ever experienced in Switzerland. During our overnight stay, we were treated to a delicious breakfast in the morning, featuring freshly made croissants and eggs cooked to order. The attention to detail and commi**ent to quality was evident in this memorable dining experience. In conclusion, our stay at Hotel Cervus in St. Moritz was genuinely unforgettable. We booked directly with the hotel. It is situated about 1 km from the heart of the town. The room was of decent size and very clean. Amenities included couple of swivel chairs, a writing desk, two cupboards, flat TV (however with limited English channels), bedside tables with lamps. The bathroom was of decent size and very clean but the shower cubicle was a bit cramped at about 75 cm square. Bathroom amenities were of good quality and towels were very clean. They provide free access to the steam bath facility across the street though we did not try it. Breakfast spread was good; in fact, you could even get eggs cooked to order. There are two restaurants here but one of them was closed. The breakfast room was of good size and Covid protocols were followed. The restaurant staff were very courteous and helpful. The bus-stop is about a 100 ms. away - very convenient to get to the railway station, Corvatsch and other places. They have only a limited number of free open air car parking slots (about 12 nos.) but have paid underground car parking (again limited to about 12 nos.). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have no hesitation in recommending this property. We will surely stay there again the next time we visit St. Moritz. I must make special mention of Mr. Nicola at the front desk who was extremely courteous and went out of the way to help us throughout our stay. He took care of even the smallest of our requests and all with a smile! Such people are a great asset to the hotel and I hope the management recognises his efforts. All in all, we had a most comfortable stay.

It's hard to review numerous hotels when you are traveling but the Grand Hotel Des Bains Kempinski makes this one easy. We stayed here with our two kids in August 2024 and really enjoyed everything from pickup at the train station in a private shuttle to departure. The service level is clearly five star. They respond quickly to every request and with enthusiasm and kindness. They were really good to our kids including providing nice stuffed animals at check in and making sure they had snacks and that the snacks were tailored to my sons allergy. The food at the buffet for breakfast was phenomenal. The Italian restaurant was also well worth it's reviews and ratings. Despite our kids being young, they were really gracious at that Adrianos and provided them with a five star meal. The spa and gym facilities were some of the best we had seen in Switzerland. The outdoor yoga terrace ? Unreal. The gym was fully stocked with new equipment also which was unique for such a historic hotel. The hotel pool and spa area were also top tier. They also provide you with lift tickets which is the only hotel in Switzerland that did that for us. Also bus tickets. That made our mountain hiking day so much more convenient. Also we really loved the outdoor patio at the front which we could sit outside and snack with the kids while having champagne. Every detail of the hotel was perfect. Also really love the history of the hotel and the uniqueness of the property. It's worth it just to walk around. This hotel deserves to be #1 in St Moritz.
