We had a pleasant surprise with an upgrade to a bigger room from our booking as it is our wedding anniversary. Room was decorated beautifully. Hotel also offered complimentary pick up and drop off service from/to the train station. Minibar is complimentary with beer, coke, lemonade, soda, peanuts and chocolates. Free cable car passes were also provided. Very heart warming stay.

We stayed at St Moritz Youth Hostel for a night after taking the Glacier Express from Zermatt. One might think lesser of a hostel as compared to a hotel but after our night stay at St Moritz Youth Hostel, I found myself truly underestimating the service a hostel can offer, much unbeknownst to a general opinion. And we owe thanks to Iris and her team’s wonderful hospitality and service, the stay was a memorable and wonderful experience. It was the last night of our honeymoon trip in Switzerland. Although it was snowy, sheer cold and our skins were shivering from the brr conditions, the kindness and hospitality by Iris and her team who went above and beyond truly, exudes warmth from within, which made our experience an exceptional one. One that would etched in our memories for many decades to come. We felt that this hostel provides extremely good value and is only a 10 mins bus ride away from the train station. The bus stop is right outside the hostel so it’s convenient even with big luggages. We bought 24 hours tickets at the station for the bus ride. Hostel is clean and has a good welcoming vibe. Although we stayed in the shared bathroom, bathroom was clean and near, didn’t have to wait long to use. There was also a basin in the room so it’s quite convenient. You don't have to step out to brush teeth or do any washing. Do bring your own soap, u can borrow a hair dryer from reception. We had dinner at the hostel, it was amazing. Breakfast was wonderful too. I would highly highly recommend this place to stay , you are in safe hands and well taken care of by the awesome team! They are patient and answer all your questions and share with you more about how to get around. St Moritz is a small town, but the experience and takeaways we obtained from our stay, is far greater, significant than the place. This in my opinion, is what you call travelling for an experience, with an experience. Thank you so much to Iris and the team (sorry didn’t manage to get your names!!)!! Superb is an understatement.

A charming hotel, clean and modern rooms. There are 3 different restaurants which looked very very nice. I need to come back next time, especially to the steak house. We only had breakfast, which was very tasty. Different kind of fresh artisanal bred and Zopf, fresh smothies, local cheese, fruits and many more. The coffee was excellent (I love good espresso), but also tea was offered in a large variety. The omelet was complementary and made with mountain cheese and tomatoes. We could cut ourselves fresh dried ham from the Berkel machine - very cool! The hotel ist just next to the nordic ski track and they offer a shuttle (or 10min walk) to the alpine resort. Thank you very much for the excellent service and very kind staff. We will come again

This is our third time at Concordia and we love it. The rooms have just been redone and look amazing. The staff is incredible and the hospitality is unrivalled. The pool, sauna, and of course the cocktail bar is always the best place to unwind. We can highly recommend this to anyone looking for all round quality. We will be back.

A very nice, modern hotel. The reception was very friendly and speedy. The room was very large and equipped with everything you want (plus a little more). The wet cell was large and best equipped. All was very clean. There were very good, pleasant beds. Breakfast buffet was excellent, there was really everything. WLAN is free, fast and functions properly. The Spa area is pleasantly large. There is a swimming pool, saunas, steam bath, experience shower and resting beds. There is also a small outdoor area (beds). We have used the steam bath and the saunas rain. There are bath coats and bath lathes available in the room. We can best recommend the hotel, we are very happy to come back. The only negative thing was that the parking place in the adjustment hall cost 15Fr. per night. But with all the posts it is painful.

The hotel is located in the middle of the mountain, next to a small lake, plus the hotel's unique shape, it is quiet and elegant. The environment is also true, there are small squirrels jumping up and down next to the mountains. Intercontinental in Davos is a rare hotel, so breakfast is basically the Chinese world (tour group). Catering has also taken care of the tastes of Chinese people. The hotel’s children’s paradise is the most child of all the hotels in this trip, and it’s a great time to have fun. The rooms are great, the spacious terraces, and the best of the stars. q When staying, the hotel presented a cable car ticket for hiking. Although there was light rain when the weather was dark the next day, it was still fun. The top of the mountain can be hike, you can ride, and there is undecided snow. When the winter arrives, the mountains are covered with snow and you will experience the joy of skiing.

A very pleasant stay in this beautiful hotel 3 ☆☆☆ sup. We always have a good time to stay there. The breakfast buffet is just super. The hotel is a very nice hotel, and the hotel is very nice. The restaurant is a little cheap but it is the case in most grey restaurants. - It's a pity. The hotel has beautiful balconies and a pleasant picnic power after a beautiful walk around. A Migros store is 5 minutes' walk from this hotel. Very well served by the CAR POSTAL buses. Churwalden is located 20' in the bus of Core. For motorised customers, a covered garage is offered without additional costs. We will return to it in any case.

The room was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was cheap and delicious. Amenity was also substantial. The shower water leaked a little from the booth, but it wasn't enough to leak out of the bathroom. When I opened the window at night, I heard the voice of a young man making noise in the neighborhood, but I was tired and there was no problem sleeping. It was not particularly inconvenient compared to a general business hotel in Japan. Above all, the smile of the staff is a good memory. Thank you very much.
