Exactly what you want from a stay. Extremely happy
We had a wonderful stay in Martin's Villa. He is an exceptional host. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and well decorated with thoughtful touches. Our room had excellent air conditioning too and a really good shower. There was also a fridge and safe in the room. The location is perfect for exploring Vence. Breakfast was a welcome treat and nothing was too much trouble for Martin. It was great to be able to relax by the pool. When you arrive, ask the taxi to take you all the way down the hill to the last house on the right, this is a little hard to see if you arrive in the dark. Would definitely return and recommend to anyone.

Un grand Merci pour cet accueil chaleureux dans cet endroit splendide ! On a vraiment adoré notre séjour en famille à la villa Martinus, si proche du joli petit village de Saint-Paul de Vence. La tranquilité du lieu, les chambres soignées et décorées avec goût, la piscine, le petit-déjeuner, les précieux conseils de Martin pour visiter la région, tout était vraiment parfait. Nous reviendrons, c'est certain !

Nous avons passé un week end entre amis en octobre, notre séjour a été parfait ! L'accueil chaleureux et professionnel de notre hôte, Martin, le confort des chambres joliment décorées et pratiques, le petit-déjeuner attentionné (ne passez pas à côté des oeufs brouillés préparés par votre hôte), les recommandations culturelles et gastronomiques pour mieux découvrir les environs... Merci pour tout, nous reviendrons très certainement.

Unser Happy Place! Wir sind heuer bereits zum zweiten Mal in der Villa Martinus auf Urlaub und werden bestimmt noch oft kommen! Das kleine, schicke Haus ist ein absoluter Geheimtipp! Es ist modern, sauber und gemütlich! Man fühlt sich auf Anhieb wohl! Wenn man möchte, kann man halbtags am Pool entspannen und den restlichen Tag gemütlich die vielen wunderschönen Orte rundherum besichtigen! Martin besticht durch seine gastfreundschaft und hat tolle Tipps für Restaurantbesuche und Ausflüge in der Gegend!

Na een onverwachte wending moesten wij op zeer korte termijn een verblijf zoeken en vonden Villa Martinus. Bij aankomt werden we hartelijk ontvangen door eigenaar & gastheer Martin. Ons verblijf was geweldig! De kamer was super schoon en mooi ingericht, het ontbijt was heerlijk en gastheer Martin was behulpzaam zelfs een vers gemaakt eitje in de ochtend maakte hij voor ons klaar! We voelden ons erg op ons gemak, villa Martinus is comfortabel gemoedelijk en van alle gemakken voorzien. Dit is een prachtige plek in Zuid-Frankrijk en perfect gelegen om de regio te ontdekken. Van grotere bekende plaatsen tot de kleinere dorpjes. Genieten van cultuur & natuur Wij komen zeker graag terug bij Villa Martinus Ad & Joyce

Martin was a wonderful host. He made us feel like we were visiting a friend .. he is very communicative and friendly .. Villa is very nicely situated .. room was spacious and very modern. Martin made and served breakfast for us. The jams his mom made were fantastic .. St. Paul de vence has a very nice village with great restaurant options. Martin dropped us off at the nearest train station for 10 euro and we travelled to Monte Carlo and Cannes by train which is the best way.. we took BOLT ( like Uber but cheaper ) back to the villa on the way back. We enjoyed our stay. Merci Martin !!

A quelques encablures de Nice, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en couple dans la Villa de Martin. La situation de la Villa est idéale pour organiser quelques randonnées au bord des Gorges du Loup par exemple, visiter la région de l’arrière pays Niçois avec ces cités de caractères, Saint-Paul de Vence, Tourrettes-sur-Loup, Gourdon, une partie de la Côte d’Azur, de Cannes à Menton et les vieux quartiers de Nice et Antibes. La disponibilité de Martin, sa gentillesse et ces conseils ont agrémenté les très bons moments passés au bord de la piscine pour préparer les visites ou se relaxer au retour des sorties quotidiennes. Je conseille son cocktail Gin & pamplemousse, l’accueil, la chambre confortable et propre, le petit déjeuner excellent avec des confitures faites maison : au top! Encore merci à Martin, nous recommandons.
