Car was broken into. Seems to be an extremely common problem. Drunken homeless people outside every day harassing everyone. The hotel claimed to be secured and only accessible by card however they were let into the hotel constantly just by standing at the door.

We had a great stay here; this was our first time at a Drury Plaza Hotel and I must say I am very impressed. Breakfast and Kickback/Dinner options were very good. Helped us save money on going elsewhere for dinner which was a huge plus! Beds were comfy and the rooms spacious. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was a great choice for our annual State Fair trip. Excellent, easy to get to location right off the highway. Friendly employees. Free breakfast, dinner and drinks! There's a pool and hot tub here as well. Lobby is massive with tons of seating options. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Husband didn't like the sliding door for the bathroom though. Housekeeping didn't do a great job. Only got one towel one day. A leaf that was on the floor when we checked in was never removed, and we never got new soap or lotion. Easy to walk to the neighboring restaurants and grocery store. We also walked to the Science Museum from here, it's one mile away. Despite the not-great housekeeping, the rest of the stay was great and the food amenities made it worth it. Will be back!

This is the second time I’ve stayed here and I have no complaints. The hotel staff are very friendly and go out of their way to make sure you have a great stay. The bed is comfortable. Breakfast is good with sausage and pancakes. Dinner snacks and complementary cocktails are icing on the cake.
