團隊一行人出差來到法國， 酒店設施還不錯，早餐也可以， 就是服務態度一般吧， 沒有那麼熱情。 另外就是法國人真的不太喜歡説英語，看來我們要好好學習法語了。

The team came to France on a business trip. The hotel facilities were good, the breakfast was OK, but the service attitude was average, not so enthusiastic. In addition, the French really don't like to speak English, it seems that we have to learn French well.

Le service était correct, l’accueil de même. Personnes sympathiques et chambres convenables.
Seul bémol : ne vous fiez pas aux lits « king size, queen size… » proposé par l’hôtel, ce sont toujours des lits jumeaux.

Séjour agréable et proche des thermes, vous avez -10% en venant en étant de l’hôtel sur le prix des thermes (soit 13,50€ les 2 heures) 
Concernant les thermes, c’est agréable et ils ont un bon hammam.

Pleasant stay and close to the thermal baths, you have -10% when coming from the hotel on the price of the thermal baths (i.e. €13.50 for 2 hours)
Concerning the thermal baths, it is pleasant and they have a good hammam.

Truthfully the only positive thing I can report is that the staff we met were all very pleasant.  We were here for five days, the beds and pillows must have come from the TV set of The Flintstones, they were that hard !  My wife had to go out and buy a soft pillow so she could at least get some sleep. DON'T think this is a hotel with a swimming pool guests can use free!  They charge 14 euros for two hours use !!!!!!! I accept spa and thermal rooms would be charged, but for the pool NO ! Breakfast is average, again the staff were jolly and pleasant but truthfully variety at breakfast was nothing more than I would expect from the standard of hotel. The room we booked had twin beds, sofa, TV etc.  It also had a small kitchen area but the power to the Microwave and cooker hobs were not connected. There was no kitchen utensils apart from a kettle & two cups. It's 29 degrees outside over the last three days and the hotel airconditioning and the room airconditioning is NOT WORKING.  I note this was also the case last august from a previous post by a guest.  For the room price there are far better options.......

The hotel is ideal for a quiet stay. The team is welcome and laughing forever. The restaurant is good whether morning or evening, the map is varied. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped
