This is the third time now that we Have visited this hotel and they do a bait and switch on your room. They don’t care about a Lifetime Diamond Member for the last ten years with Hilton Properties. No apology, and zero concern about you not getting the room that you choose on line for the third visit in a row. If you can’t honor the room choices then why allow customers to pick a room at check in. The answer is they don’t care about their customers and take for granted the most elite members of their program. Absolutely disgraceful.

This is a 3 star hotel - nothing more. There is a security issue because not all the doors require a key to open - just always open to anyone. The hotel room has carpet in room & have to wear shoes or your feet/socks are gross, they had issues with water being brown in shower but didn’t tell anyone - it was resolved after a day, but couldn’t shower in brown water. Beds are supposed to be queen but are smaller and prob closer to a full. Parking is limited in designated lot & not enough room for cars staying at hotel. When you book with Hilton, it does not include the daily resort fee or taxes which is high. Most employees are helpful & hotel restaurant is good. Beach access is good & pool looks clean.
