酒店位置很好，步行出門都很方便。前台熱情、英語也很好，房間稍小但每天打掃得都很乾凈～唯一的小缺點是靠近涅瓦大街晚上會有些唱歌的、開車的聲音，不過個人感覺還好

設施：房間裝修算比較新，也算齊全。性價比算蠻高

衞生：一開始感覺還好，毛巾會比較舊。可惜發現好多蚊子，關閉了窗户以後也沒有改善。
環境：在聖彼得堡的市區裏面，購物大街及景點就在旁邊，很方便找到餐廳。

這一家酒店可以説方圓幾裏裏面相對裝修風格和環境還是可以的。在網上看到周邊其他酒店不是我能接受的風格。

酒店的位置很好，離喀山大教堂幾百米的距離。酒店比較新，設施現代化。房間雖然有些小，床鋪很舒服。前台服務熱情，餐廳環境很好，早餐也不錯。性價比很高，值得推薦。

酒店位置是挺方便的，早餐也還可以，衞生方面也還好，衹是那個門禁卡，動不動就開不了門，電梯動不動就停，也不知道是壞了維修還是省電的原因，你想想看，門禁卡壞了，上下跑幾趟，再加上電梯也不能用，把來旅遊的心情都搞壞了。
還有，我們是一家四口來旅遊，兩個大人加兩個孩子，他們硬是不給你加床，就是讓我多開一個單間，旮旯小一點點，一天三百多人民幣，非常不友好，以後絕對不考慮這家酒店
