Прекрасный персонал, в номере чисто, очень тепло, убирают номер ежедневно, принадлежности для душа есть, кулер с водой на этаже. Попросила теплое одеяло при бронировании, просьбу выполнили, белоснежное постельное белье с пушистым одеялом. Расположение отеля отличное, рядом магазины, кафе, метро.

訂錯了，酒店在聖彼得堡，人在莫斯科，完全沒法兒過去，聯繫了好久，居然不給退，氣死了。。。

洗漱用品不是一天一給！
還要交1000盧布的按金，還不給退，説什麼註冊費，***！
最最最重要的，他不給礦泉水！
問就是讓我拿酒店的杯子去裝水喝，****
然後服務態度超差，想洗衣服，打電話，不是聽不懂直接掛，就是説第二天有人來，然後第二天沒人來！**
400多一晚，不説貴，也不便宜，還收按金，我為什麼不定個好點的….什麼鬼 💔心疼我自己

酒店整體還行吧，房間不大。老式的房間，不過俄羅斯大部分酒店都是這樣。聖彼得堡莫斯科酒店也住過，房間更小。早餐還不錯，整體來説符合性價比。
