美輪美奐的酒店，精緻又富有風格。在報喜橋旁，凌晨看開橋走幾步即可，非常方便。位置優越又能保持安靜，休息得很好。早餐豐富，門口準備了新鮮的蘋果和不限量的飲用水，工作人員都很有禮貌。總之很滿意，以後有機會還會選擇這裏

酒店坐落在涅瓦河畔，離冬宮20分鐘的步行距離，隔河不遠就是聖以撒大教堂，所以地理位置是很便利的。
酒店和房間都富麗堂皇，貴族感拉滿，一眼就滿心歡喜，贈送的巧克力也很好吃，樓下的水和蘋果也暢取。
早餐特別棒，天天一碟雞肝醬。客房硬件赫服務稍微有點瑕疵，但瑕不掩瑜，整體服務還是很好的。
總的來説，對得起房價，和莫斯科的希爾頓列寧格勒酒店相比甚至性價比更高，很推薦！

簡直完美無瑕。宮殿一般的酒店，位置很好，過了橋就是。每次進大門都會有男工作人員來打招呼，很熱情，主動開門拿包，有求必應。前台在二樓，英語流利服務熱情，辦理入住時工作人員還會提供飲品和巧克力🍫 工作人員帶着去房間，套房大得從門口走到廁所有些不方便，房間裏有歡迎巧克力和手寫的歡迎卡片。裝修很講究氣派，屋裡滿是油畫，手工藝品和復古的傢俱，每面牆每個角落都有恰到好處的裝飾品，很有藝術氣息。床很軟很舒服，房間隔音特別好，走路去冬宮，兔子島，聖以撒大教堂都很近。

房間和酒店內部都是十分漂亮。原汁原味的19世紀風格。旅行的話十分推薦，河景也很美。行李員十分負責任，服務人員也都會英語且很有禮貌（雖然我會俄語和英語雙語但服務人員總是想和我説英語搞得我有時候大腦會宕機一下）。

This hotel is totally surprised me，it has very nice view ，just near the bridge and river，also the room has nice decorate ，must important thing is you can almost walking to every scenic spot （city walk LOL）.and Large breakfast portions😂😂I didn't think it was that much. 。and polite people.
