We enjoyed everything about this historic hotel: the room, the lobby chock full of art and references to its speak-easy past, the pastry shop, the bar, the comfy, covered front porch, the pool and fountains, food and drinks served poolside, the friendly staff, and the friendly guests we met. Also, the Hollander is perfectly located in St. Pete, being in the historic downtown district near my company headquarters and close to great destinations such as the Salvador Dali museum, Chihuly blown-glass gallery, and Morean arts center. I love historic downtowns and boutique hotels such as the Hollander. The rooms in historic hotels are often smaller than ones in chain hotels, but they more than compensate with their unique personalities and intimate atmospheres, which leave me with vivid memories of my stays in these sweet lodgings and the cities they call home.

We really enjoyed it, Will at the front desk was awesome! All the employees were so friendly. Service in the restaurant was great and food was excellent (breakfast). Gi ( not sure if spelled correct), shuttled us to the Rays game and picked us up after game. She was great also! We will definitely be back as we live in Tampa. Spreading our great experience to our family and friends here in Tampa. We will be back!

This was our second stay here, and we thoroughly enjoyed it! This place has become our favorite, nearby, getaway hotel. It's a bit eclectic, but that's what we love about it! The entire staff is incredibly friendly, cordial, and accommodating. It's a one-stop oasis, offering everything we need, at a reasonable price: great food, spirits, pool, and clean, comfortable rooms, but it's certainly not your cookie-cutter, chain hotel! We learned of it from an acquaintance, and have spread the word to our other friends, who now share our glowing opinion of it. If you're headed to downtown St. Pete, this is the place!

My friend fell off the toilet because the seat wasn't connected. We saw multiple roaches.

The property has a good vibe.
Rooms are small.
Food quality and wait staff poor.
Pool bar area is nice bar tenders not so nice.

A funky hotel in a good way and an excellent staff. Conveniently located to downtown and Tropicana Field. Nice pool area and the Tap Room is perfect for a few drinks and dining.

My husband and I visited the Hollander House on our trip to watch a Ray’s game. We really enjoyed our stay. The front desk staff was very friendly and offered us free water for our entire stay. The Tap Room was so yummy for breakfast. We stayed in a King Suite room and were very pleased with the size of the room, the decor, mini fridge, microwave, and coffee pot. This is such a cute hotel. Our air conditioner was ice cold which was awesome in the June heat. My only complaint is that the bed was so hard. Neither my husband nor my self slept well at all. Which stinks because this place was awesome except that very important part.
