Well equipped kitchen, clean rooms and enough space for families. Breakfast was not served despite hotel was full and would expect credit cards terminal to work in touchless mode too. Reception is not operative 24hrs a day.

The location is great the studio is fully equipped with all the needed utilities. However, the floors were not clean, the room didn't provide slippers, so I walked in the floors with my bare feet, I can feel the floors dusty🫤

The location of hotel is good, just in front of the beach. Staff were not so nice and helpful , we booked one king size bed room, but they prepared for us twin beds room. And after our discuss, they still didn’t want to change the bed or room for us, they gave us mattresses, which was smaller than bed, and I should arrange the bed by myself. The bed with was very uncomfortable. Another things was ok. Please be aware about check in and check out time, because its not normal one. Check in 17:00-19:00, check out 8:00-10:00

Résidence agréable, très jolie, calme, confortable et propre. Personnel accueillant, à l'écoute et professionnel. Proximité plage, restaurants et boutiques. On a pu tout faire à pieds. Proximité également des bus, de la gare et des bâteaux.Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. Cordialement, MMES LENOIR et SIVRY

Premier séjour avec Vacances Bleues réussi. La résidence tout d'abord est superbe, proche de la plage et du centre-ville, l'appartement en rez de jardin était assez grand et très propre. Quant au personnel, il est aimable, efficace et aux petits soins pour les clients. Nous reviendrons sûrement.

Posizione super comoda fronte mare. Parcheggio comodo e conveniente all'interno della struttura. Il potenziale della struttura è sprecato. All'arrivo, chiedono un deposito cauzionale di ben 250€ di cui non si menziona assolutamente nelle condizioni su booking (e questo non si potrebbe fare) La reception è assente e non parlano nemmeno un minimo di italiano. L'educazione così come un saluto è stato totalmente assente. L'appartamento con l' essenziale ma da rivedere. Non dispone di balcone, stendino all'interno della doccia pieno di ruggine così come l'unica ringhiera presente per stendere.

Très joli établissement situé en plein cœur de st Raphaël a 2 pas de la plage,du ****** et du port. Personnel accueillant et disponible. Nous avons passé un bon weekend, chambre bien équipée et propre et surtout très calme de jour comme de nuit

L’emplacement est top. Nous avions 2 studios côté nord. Ce type d’appartement est certainement en dessous des autres catégories d’appartements proposés dans la résidence. Déjà, ils sont très petits. Les portes de placards étaient cassées, le coffre, posés au sol dans le placard, était quasi inutilisable. Il n’y avait pas d’extérieur et la fenêtre donné sur le parking (au même niveau). Le carrelage était cassé. Beaucoup d’équipements en mauvais état. Bref, si vous louez dans cette résidence, évitez les studios côté nord !
