Hotels near Plage Abel Baliff, Saint-Raphael

Wir (4 Erwachsene, 1 Kind) verbrachten zwei Wochen im Hotel Garrigae Domaine de l’Esterel. Hier ist mein (etwas ausführlicher) Bericht. Gesamtbewertung: 3 *** Lage: **** Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut und ruhig gelegen. Gastronomie: **Frühstück: ***** Für einen Aufenthalt von 2-3 Tagen ist das Frühstücksbuffet sehr reichhaltig. Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt von über einer Woche fällt jedoch auf, dass die Auswahl immer gleich bleibt. **Abendessen: ****** Wir haben zweimal im Hotelrestaurant gegessen und waren sehr zufrieden. Service: * Unser größter Kritikpunkt! Nach 10 Tagen bemerkte ich, dass wir zum 10. Mal zu fünft frühstücken gingen, aber nie ein gedeckter Tisch für 5 Personen vorhanden war. Auch beim Abendessen war dies der Fall, obwohl wir immer einen Tisch für fünf Personen bestellten. Die Tische waren oft ungeeignet und schmutzig, und das Servicepersonal schien sich nicht darum zu kümmern. Ich hatte Fotos von den Mängeln in unserem Zimmer vorbereitet (siehe nächster Punkt: Sauberkeit), habe aber bewusst nichts gesagt, um zu sehen, ob wir einmal gefragt werden, ob alles in Ordnung sei. Und was soll ich sagen? Nichts. Es scheint, als würde die Rezeption immer ausweichen, sobald man das Hotel betritt. Kein Vergleich zu anderen Top-Hotels, in denen man täglich freundlich begrüßt wird und sich um das Wohl der Gäste kümmert. Sauberkeit: * Unser Badezimmer wurde in 14 Tagen NIE gereinigt. Dies kann durch Fotos belegt werden. Das Hotel scheint hundefreundlich zu sein, aber die Teppiche sind ziemlich schmutzig. Mehr muss man dazu nicht wissen, oder? Der Poolbereich, der ansonsten sehr schön ist, wirkt heruntergekommen. Die Sonnenschirme sind schief, da sie nicht mehr in die vorgesehenen Halter passen, Zigarettenstummel liegen herum, bis sie von selbst verrotten, die schönen Rattanmöbel sind verwittert, die Polster kaputt und die Markisen zerrissen. Wirklich schade, denn der Poolbereich könnte sonst sehr schön sein. Spa: * € 25,00 pro Stunde/Person für die Nutzung des Spas ist übertrieben. Allgemeines: Das Hotel hätte eigentlich das Potenzial, ein Top-Hotel zu sein, aber es wird leider vernachlässigt. Ein völlig zerstörter Tischtennistisch, ein Tennisplatz, der nicht bespielbar ist, da er verrottet ist, Müll und/oder kaputte Liegen, die hinter dem Gebäude entsorgt werden. Insgesamt vermittelt das Hotel den Eindruck, dass sich niemand mehr darum kümmert. Ein echtes Trauerspiel! Ich würde dieses Hotel gerne übernehmen und wieder in Schuss bringen, denn die Grundlage ist wirklich gut! Fazit: Die Côte d'Azur ist sicherlich kein günstiges Reiseziel und dieses Hotel sticht in Bezug auf das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis heraus. Ich möchte nicht den Eindruck erwecken, dass wir sehr unzufrieden waren. Wir sind sehr anspruchslose Gäste und lassen uns den Urlaub durch einige Mängel nicht verderben. Wenn man jedoch durch die oben genannten Mängel gestört wird, würden wir von einem Aufenthalt im Hotel Garrigae Domaine de l’Esterel abraten. Allerdings is

Hotel on the port of Santa Lucia and right next to the Saint Raphaël convention center. Walk between 20 and 30 min. to access the city center but entirely doable. Free parking until May 31 all around the hotel. Lots of restaurants, Spar supermarket nearby. Very good superior room with sea and port view. Complete breakfast with good products. Hotel recommended for its calm too.

Excellent Value quiet Hotel.... I have stayed here three times and always been very satisfied.... the small Hotel is locate near to the Port... the rooms are clean and quiet... Excellent triple glazing if you have a street view... NO traffic noise... the staff and friendly and polite.... the entrance is a single door, which leads onto a small reception corridor, which then leads onto a small breakfast area... Wi-Fi is excellent... and the air conditioning is also excellent... if you looking for a great value Hotel to explore the area this is a very good choice.... close to the train station...

Emplacement super avec une belle chambre comme convenu

We moved out of another hotel and was desperately looking for another place to stay. We were lucky to have found this small hotel just of the main busy street, yet walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. Rooms and linen were clean. Fresh white towels provided. Vanessa our host went out of her way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. She offered us a room (last minute) exactly fitting to our needs. She did her best to organise suitable spa times and made some useful recommendations on restaurants. The quaint little breakfast with freshly pressed juice exceeded our expectations. Thank you very much Vanessa for making this a memorable experience.

The hotel is in a fairly quiet back-street in Saint-Raphael, close to the border with Frejus. It is less than half a kilometre from Saint-Raphael Valescure station and a similar distance from the main beach in Frejus, and the nearby seafront has a very big selection of restaurants, snack bars, ice cream shops and other amenities. The hotel itself is clean, peaceful and has good air conditioning for when the temperature is high (as it was during my stay). Breakfast is included, with a good selection of cereals, bread, croissants, sliced meats etc. I had no problems during my stay, so had no reasons to speak to reception, but each of the receptionists on duty were cheerful and pleasant to speak to. The main door is locked between 12 noon and 3pm, and again after 8pm, but the card which unlocks your room door also unlocks the front door to get in during those times. The only minor criticism that I would make is that there was no wardrobe in my room. However, there was a rack to hang clothes on, and a shelf to store smaller items, so it was possible to keep my clean clothes separate from the ones I had used.

We stayed at hotel Cap Riviera for 3 nights. The location is amazing, just in front of the sea and the hotel itself has fairly nice, clean rooms. You can have breakfast and dinner there, the breakfast being especially nice but a bit expensive. However, the main problem that made me choose 3/5 is that the first day we arrived, we were not that welcomed, they ran out of towels, so we had half the towels we were supposed to get and they were of small size and the floor was still wet when we arrived. Apart from this the hotel was good and I do recommend it for the amazing location 💖
