Ottima la posizione in centro. Ottima la possibilità di avere un parcheggio. Ottima l’accoglienza e la gentilezza del personale. Buona la cucina del ristorante. Meno buona l’esperienza in camera. Una superior a piano terreno piccola e scura. Inutile spreco il condizionatore acceso e piumone spesso sul letto. Non consiglio camere al piano terra affaccio giardino soprattutto se vivi e al bar Non all’altezza di un cinque stelle.

Nous y sommes allés afin de boire un verre le soir. Une décoration magnifique et très calme, on ce croirait seul, c’est un vrai petit bijoux dans saint Rémy. Service qui ce fait un peu attendre mais de bonne qualité tout de même. Cocktails qui valaient leurs prix pour leur apparence et leurs goûts

Le Saint-Remy is a very pretty hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. It is in an excellent location for exploring the town of Saint-Remy. The courtyard is fantastic with comfortable seating of every type. The outdoor pool has very comfortable sun beds as well as beautiful places for relaxing in the shade. There is an indoor pool which we did not use, but I did get a massage at the spa which was great. Wifi is very fast. In the room there is good closet space and the bathroom has great products including a Dyson hairdryer. My only complaint was with the terrace off our room. We booked a superior room with a terrace, which are rooms 1-6 on the ground floor. Our room was pretty small (especially since it was room 1 which was smaller than rooms 2-6), and the terraces for the 6 rooms on that hallway are very small spaces next to the main courtyard. Each private terrace is screened in, but you sort of feel like you’re in a cage. There was no need to book the terrace room given the lovely seating options in the main courtyard. My advice would be to either save a bit of money and book a superior room without a terrace, or spend a bit more money and get a larger room again without a terrace because you don’t need a private terrace with the lovely common space in the hotel. In any case, we loved this hotel and would definitely return.

J'ai passé une semaine formidable dans ce très bel hôtel situé au cœur de Saint-Rémy de Provence. La décoration est chic, raffinée et le service est parfait (à l'accueil, en chambre et au restaurant). Toutes les personnes travaillant au sein de cet établissement sont chaleureuses et mettent tout en œuvre afin que les clients soient pleinement satisfaits. Je m'y suis senti tellement bien que j'y retourne au mois de juin prochain.

A first class hotel with excellent, attentive service
My only complaint would be breakfast. We went down to get a coffee and croissant and the bill was 70 euros. Maybe our mistake for not asking but we were not informed

Great location, lovely room and bathroom, good facilities. For me not quite 5* as the whole experience felt “corporate”. We also had an incredibly bad - and expensive - meal in the restaurant. I ordered a fillet steak, medium rare and got a hard, charred inedible lump of meat. The hotel explained that it’s impossible to cook a steak medium rare so they gave me this one! Go, enjoy the stay, avoid the restaurant - there are many excellent ones on the doorstep.
