This is a small bed and breakfast in a great location. The breakfast is large and very good and the dining area overlooks a lovely backyard with a fountain. Within a five minute walk, you are walking along the marsh toward the old Coast Guard Station (where there is a fabulous WWII exhibit on the battle for control of the Atlantic shipping lines); in another direction, you are a 15 minute walk to the beach (down Demere and left on Arnold to the public entrance near the King and Prince) or to the pier village (down Demere and right on Mallory); or, coming out of the Inn and turning toward the airport, 10 minutes from a great coffee shop called Wake Coffee (maybe, I found it unexpectedly, it was great, and I think that was the name). Obviously, I like to walk in the early morning, but even if you don't this is well located. There was one other couple staying at the inn while we were there, but we saw them only at breakfast, and otherwise we had the whole house to ourselves. When we returned from dinner (so many good restaurants on the island) we enjoyed the option to sit in the parlor area to enjoy a glass of wine and watch that tv. It was a very relaxing trip.
