We booked this apartment on 18th November 2024 and payment had been taken so we turned up on the check in day to find out that all the apartments had already been occupied and that our booking had been double booked. The manager tried to put the blame on myself saying that I cancelled the booking but at no point did I ever cancel the booking, and why would I even be there to check-in if I cancelled it myself? The manager had no care in the world that we were there with our bags stood at the bar, two hours from home and unable to stay the night and when I changelled him to say you have to sort something out for us as we have no where to stay, he just said there is nothing I can do. I then demanded my money back and then he went on to say that if the booking had been cancelled I should have also received my refund. He was adamant that I had received the refund even after showing him numerous times that no refund had ever been received into my account so I threatened to call the police as I was fed up of being accused of all of this then he finally offered a refund and then went on to say that it would be quite a while to receive the refund, in a way that he was trying to put me off taking it! So I asked for it in cash and we were on our way! I will definitely not be booking here again, it completely spoiled our weekend plans in Swansea and it’s definitely something to beware of if anyone is planning on booking to stay here!
