Arrived at Cheval Blanc Saint-Tropez on a sunny July 4th, prepared for a glorious reunion on the Côte d Azur. The suite was impeccably prepared and tailored to most preferences, with just a few small adjustments needed. Overall, the staff was exceptionally attentive and hospitable. The kind welcome note from Olivier was appreciated. This particular sea view suite offered two terraces with distinct perspectives on the Golfe de Saint-Tropez. The bedroom terrace provided a sweeping view of the hotel grounds, the beach, and the waters beyond. Special thanks for remembering our preferred reading material, Le Monde diplomatique and Cahiers du Cinéma. Dinner at La Vague d Or and breakfasts at La Terrasse were delightful, thanks to the quality of ingredients, presentation, and the hospitality of Thierry Di Tullio. Thierry, well-regarded across the Côte d Azur, demonstrated uncommon grace in his duties. This Cheval Blanc has a good beach and pool, and the gym is top-notch. Most hotel elements were well thought out, and the entire place was suffused with a signature scent evoking specific memories. The concierge staff was polished and professional, and the bell staff and courtesy car driver were also excellent. However, there were some hiccups. The initial welcome amenity in the suite fell below the standards of the Maison. A beach attendant mistook me for an interloper and aggressively pressed me for my bona fides. While breakfast was gracious, greater attentiveness to complete and timely order fulfillment would be appreciated. In-suite amenities did not all seem to be of the same high level of quality. Management interface on these issues was mostly consistent and prompt. Overall, Cheval Blanc Saint-Tropez left the impression of a well-meaning, driven, and hospitable team striving to deliver a unique experience. With a few tweaks and a greater focus on knowing their guests, this Maison can shine even brighter.

I loved the concierges and the front desk staff. Everyone at the hotel was so warm and loving and made us feel so comfortable. Even when we left the line up in driveway to wave goodbye, like you see only in the movies. The rooms are very luxe but small. There aren’t many large rooms. That is the one negative but they can’t change that. The food is great. Having yr own beach club is fantastic and was really appreciated in days when the Ramatuelle beaches had no breeze and the hotel had the breeze. I’ll only stay here from now on. It’s just perfect ( and I picked out the room I want for next time)

Cheval Blanc 4* Employees of the hotel are very very nice making a perfect atmosphere, probably except the breakfast service which was terribly slow and we had to ask several times for everything, the breakfast is served so it was stressful as we wanted every day the same food (coffee, eggs, ham, cheese, baguette, fruit and something sweet) and still had to ask for example four times for espresso, more baguette etc. We were a larger group - 5 adults +baby but still… this kind of hotel shall have better service. However otherwise food was just perfect, fresh and we enjoyed it a lot - except service and coffee (cappucino could be better) breakfast would be 5* Otherwise the employees and managers were very nice and made our stay enjoyable, beach service was very good, there is a small beach but kept clean and nice, chauffeur service was perfect, we also enjoyed lunches at hotel though the prices are higher… overall nice atmosphere… negatives - lots of insects on balcony, and during the night very strong lights on entire hotel so that also attracts mosquitoes - ⁠noisy toilet - I was affraid to go to toilet during night because it would wake up my baby :-( Once again though some negatives I am happy that we had a chance to try Cheval Blanc and enjoyed it. Thank you again for perfect service - especially reception, drivers and concierge and overall very nice atmosphere in hotel itself. It is a nice place.

Olivier, horrible and unacceptable reception at the Cheval Blanc! While I was prepared for the usual derogatory treatment, I am not willing to accept scheming lies just to have you pretend you’re too popular for your own good! Pulling up to Cheval Blanc in our Rolls Royce, we don’t expect to be told off by a valet who earns 30k a year that it’s ‘very difficult’ tonight to have a drink at the bar! First, it’s off season. Second, it’s a lie. Three, you only treat guests like that once. A guest is a guest / it’s not my fault all your rooms at the St Tropez location are clown sized and why should I ever tolerate staying there. To those gullible fools seriously contemplating visiting the Cheval Blanc - DON’T. There are more respectful ways to life out your masochistic desires.

Owned by the LVMH group, it comes as no surprise Cheval Blanc's foray into high fashion meets hospitality has procured iconic destinations and created a unique experience for it's guests. The grounds are immaculate, the rooms elegant and well appointed, the facilities are unsurpassed, the views picturesque and the experience is unforgettable. My stay here thus far has been nothing less than remarkable. From the service to the accommodations, this resort is next level! There's a restrained elegance that radiates throughout every space within these sprawling grounds. I booked the Sea Suite as it captivated me with the alluring images and beautiful views online. I was attracted to the modern yet classically elegantly adorned rooms with warm tones throughout with a hint of nautical blue inspired by the Côte d'Azur. Typically I'm underwhelmed when i see the actual room, but not here. When i stepped into my room i was very impressed by how beautifully appointed the room was. Every detail was carefully thought out from the automated bidet in the powder room to the automated sun shade/guard wall (so you feel safe leaving your patek and birkins in the room) From the cozy yet stylish furniture to even the smallest items throughout the property, no detail is left unnoticed in order to make your stay uniquely special. It's these thoughtful design features and whimsical details that make you feel pampered. Housing a three Michelin Star restaurant at the hotel is no easy feat either but they have achieved that honor as well and it is well deserved. The cuisine was exquisite and service as expected was unparalleled. They kindly communicated months before my stay to ensure my accommodations were to my liking. They assisted in making reservations for me to the local beach clubs which was incredibly helpful, as well. With that said, If you're looking for an unforgettable getaway in St Tropez, I can't imagine you choosing any other resort than Cheval Blanc. The accommodations comes at a hefty price tag but the experience is truly priceless!

Les déjeuners se suivent et le plaisir est toujours présent. Produits d’exception mis en valeur par une brigade menée par le chef Arnaud Donckele font de ce lieu quelque chose d’unique . Poissons à la cuisson parfaite, terrine savoureuse, légumes croquants, desserts légers. Bref nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir en ces lieux. A noter aussi la gentillesse de tout le personnel qui a participé à ce plaisir.

Absolutely stunning! The staff are the most friendly people ever and really do make you feel special! If you are considering cheval blanc absolutely go you won’t regret it one bit and will instantly fall in love with the hotel even if it’s for lunch. The food is absolutely delicious and the menu is fantastic I am very particular about my food and there were many options on the menu which sounded scrumptious and was very hard to choose what I wanted to eat. The hotel is all about how you want it, which is how all hotels should be. This hotel is an unforgettable experience please pay a visit
