Small quiet country hotel in rural surroundings, in Normandy, easy access from main road. Courtyard and front gardens most pleasant . Bedroom was small but adequate, bathroom modern. Dinner served in dining room with opened fire, used by chef to cook Normandy specialties. Menu reflects Normandy local produce. Would have enjoyed it more if the staff had been a little more jovial and friendly : lacked empathy.

Our stay was 21 July to 27 July. Our first stay at this hotel. A lovely hotel in an old manor house. Our room was spacious,comfortable,well decorated and the bathroom modern and spotless. The meals were superb, cooked to order using fresh local produce. Meat dishes cooked on a wood burning fire in the dining room. Exceptional standards at this hotel run by people who care.

Ce restaurant n'est plus ce qu'il fut. Ce fut ma cinquieme visite ou j'invitais des amis por mon anniversaire, Je choisis le menu le plus cher et payé 11e de supplement pour le fromage par personne ce qui faisait plus de 50e par personne sans les vins. Quand le plateau de fromage nous fut presenté il ne contenait que les 'croutes' des defunts fromages precedents. Honteuse prestation pour ce prix exhorbitant. Les deserts sont surgelés et pas du tout fait maison. Mon plat prefere n'existe plus tout a changé et pas pour le mieux. L'endroit est toujours aussi joli mais je n'y retournerai jamais plus....
