領収書の金額とTRIP COMに支払った金額がわずかながら違いがあったため、質問したところ 説明もなくこれでいいのだと、押し切られしまいました
ルームキーを一つしか渡されないので不便なので、もう一つないかと聞いたら ないと言われた
ところが チェックアウトの際 ルームキーは、もう一つあるはずだと疑われた
いったい何なんだと チェックインの男性スタッフに、不信感をもった
態度も無愛想で不快
スタッフの基本的知識 接遇態度などきっちり教育して欲しい

部屋は狭かったけど、まぁ問題は無いし、風呂は種類もあって、楽しく過ごせました。部屋が間接照明のみで暗かったので、明るくしたいと申し出たら、スタンドの照明を部屋に運んできてくれました。カフェもくつろげる感じで、雰囲気良かったです。

部屋の洗面台排水溝に髪の毛やゴミが溜まっており水捌けがかなり悪く、水が溜まり時間をかけて少しづつ減っていったがかなり不快な思いだった。
お風呂は種類もありお風呂Cafeと名前通り日帰りでお風呂に入りに行くだけなら良いと思うが
お風呂Cafeならばアメニティ(シャンプー類含め)をもっと充実させても良いと感じた。若い人が多いので。館内着のセンスがない。厚手すぎるしせっかくお風呂上がっても違う汗がでる。

お風呂、脱衣室ともに清潔感がないです。 床には髪の毛が沢山落ちていて、つま先立ちで歩きました。 天井はカビだらけ。 エアコンは埃だらけで、 この下でドライヤーは使えないと思いました。 そして、館内に置いてある羽織るものなどは、使い回しだと思いますよ。 いちいち、洗濯はしておらず、使い終わった人は、元のハンガーに戻していましたから。
