We love Candeo Hotel, staffs are responsive and helpful. We checked in late at night and have to store our luggages at the premise since we are travelling to other area and return to stay at the hotel again. Amenities including onsen is very nice and relaxing. Thank you for serving us during our stay there.

This hotel located in a quite environment and close to Sogo department store. You will see the hotel just walking pass through Sogo Dept Store , opposite the JR Omiya Station. There are many shopping stores and restaurants around Sogo and the station. The hotel is new, the breakfast is very good, and there are many choices. A Japanese Furo on the top floor, clean and comfortable.

It was the first time for me stay two nights at Omiya, despite it's a business hotel but it is totally not the same as other. The decoration in the room is fashion, with a Korean big TV, the lobby floor was amazing view at 13 floor, the Spa at 14th floor with Open area was the best I like. In addition, the buffet breakfast was wonderful, despite no fresh made eggs or omelet, but the selection of breads, salad, Japanese foods, the foods are with high standard. I am highly recommended to anyone who want to visit Omiya.

The hotel feels newly renovated, facilities are new and modern. For the price that we are paying for, it felt like we stayed at a 5 star hotel. The room was big and spacious, with a long sofa area that we absolutely loved. The hotel was also within 5 minutes away from Omiya station, very convenient to get around. It has a mall nearby, with a huge basement supermarket. Would definitely choose to stay with Candeo again!

Hotel is clean with good amenities. Staff is very helpful. It’s about a ten minutes walk to the train station.

Stayed for one night. Great location. Check-in staff was very friendly and nice. Room condition was very clean, but the size was quite small.

Candeo Hotels is one of the best you can have in Tokyo when you want a more oversized bedroom at not so not-so-expensive price. The room interior is so elegant and very tidy. Their staff are polite and are willing to help with your request or concern. The one in Omiya has spa and sauna. It’s close to the station, malls and convenience store

Good for business travel stays. Close to Omiya with many eateries around. Having a Gym or Swimming pool would be better. Spa is good and convenient in terms of timings. Breakfast spread can have more variety.
