Hotel location is great as near to plenty of shopping and foods places. Free breakfast is a plus and room is clean and comfortable, overall very satisfied with the stay at Omiya.

The surrounding facilities are complete, there is a convenience store downstairs, Ichiban Street, close to Omiya Saitama Station. The hotel provides breakfast, and the variety is sufficient! Stayed for 4 nights in a row!

Japanese hotel rooms are generally small, but they have everything. This is my first time staying here. The location is really convenient. Shopping malls, supermarkets, stations, and food streets are all nearby. The breakfast is also quite good. Check-in is fast. The only downside is that there is no air conditioning in the corridor of the room. Everything else is satisfactory. If you haven't checked in yet, you can leave your luggage in the lockers in the lobby. I didn't know this before, so I spent 500 yen to leave it at the station.

The room is small, there is no mineral water, and the breakfast has few categories. It is convenient to eat and drink around, and it is close to Omiya Station

It was the first night in Japan. The mattress was a bit hard. The self-service check-in was very convenient. There was a food court around. It was a 5-minute walk from Omiya Station. The price was very reasonable.

The hotel is not far from Omiya Station. If you are going to Saitama, it is not bad. The breakfast is just like a typical Japanese business hotel breakfast. The supplies are all available and you can get them in the lobby.

The hotel was fully equipped with the latest facilities, clean and comfortable. The check-in and check-out systems were also a little confusing as they were all so modern, but a nearby staff member explained everything to us in detail. I was happy with the homemade rice balls at breakfast, but it was disappointing that there was a limited selection compared to other hotels and there was no fruit. The amenities were all in different locations and I couldn't find the loungewear, which I only realized after I returned to my room, but I didn't feel like going back to the front desk, so I didn't use it. I wish they had at least left some loungewear in the room. Overall it was clean, modern and comfortable.

This is my second time using this hotel. It's conveniently located near the station and the facilities are good, so I'm very satisfied.
