Old type , The room was too hot, we stayed 2 nights and I couldn’t sleep well because the room temperature was too hot even though we put it in to the maximum level.of cool. Breakfast are good. Location is great there’s a way through station going to Kansai airport .

The hotel is conveniently located next to Sakai station. It's also on the main line going Kansai airport and every few minutes there is an express train going to Kansai airport. We had an excellent stay in this hotel. The view of Sakai city from our room was great and room was big with excellent amenities. This hotel is mainly used by airline crews and business men. There is a Japanese food buffet restaurant in the hotel and luxury jewelry shop along with usual hair stylist and other shops. Lobby area is very grand. Check in check out staff was very courteous and efficient and they could speak English. Overall the stay was pleasant and we had good night's sleep with good rest.

I stayed here on a business trip. I was on the 24th floor and had a great view and a comfortable stay. I think this hotel is very good value for money. The location is also convenient, right next to the station.

The service attitude of the hotel staff is very friendly. The transportation location is just at the exit of Sakai Station on the Nankai Namba Line. There are shopping malls, restaurants, convenience stores and post offices nearby. It is very convenient. It's a pity that the room equipment is a bit old, especially the power plugs are almost always in a state of insufficient power. Several sockets are not even able to charge at all. The bathroom is spacious but the water pressure is insufficient. It would be better if it could be improved.

Close to Osaka Nankai Sakai Station. 20 minutes by train from Namba and 30 minutes from Kansai Airport, very convenient transportation. The rooms are a bit old, but spacious and clean! It was beautiful in the past. It was quiet and I had a good rest. The customer service at the front desk was good, very good like a hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for five nights and was very satisfied with it. The location is very good, just a short walk from the subway station. The view of the bay outside the window is also very good. The service is attentive and meticulous. There is a front desk who can speak Mandarin. Overall, the experience is very good and everything is responded to.

Room Facilities: Pretty good. Breakfast is very special. There is a corridor connected to Nankai Line Station. You can take the bus without an umbrella on rainy days. The floor is very high and you can see the sea outside the window. It is very convenient to go to Namba or Kansai Airport by Nankai Line express.
