Overall, it's good. It's just a bit old. The hygiene is average. But the room is quite big. The price-performance ratio is quite high. There are big windows and the sun is very bright. It's much better than a commercial hotel. But it's a bit old. I should choose an old hotel next time if I go on a business trip nearby. Will stay there again

...Prices in Osaka and Kyoto have gone crazy during the Golden Week, but it’s quite reasonable here (in fact, it’s the second cheapest, first apa) and I came here with a lottery mentality. It's really nice. The hotel is very clean. There is free breakfast buffet + hot spring bath. There is no shortage of washing machines and ice machines.
The hotel room is not small either.

The breakfast was delicious. The location of the hotel is very good. It is very close to the station and has direct access to the airport. Abeno Observation Deck is nearby.
Downstairs is Don Quixote, which is very convenient for shopping.

Good size room, bigger than many hotels in Japan.. There are 3 of us, and we still have decent walking space with our luggage open. Hotel is a bit far from Dotonbori, so it's quite a walk, especially on rainy days. No point taking train as it's about same walking time from train stations. It will be nice if hotel can provide bottled water. Room is clean and nice.

Although this hotel is far from the city, it is really friendly for self-driving travel. There are many parking spaces in the flat parking lot. It was a twin room, but it was good that the desk was not facing the wall. １ There was a person-clothing sofa, a square table and a seat, and ２ I was impressed that people could sit and eat and drink facing each other. The bath is also a unit bath, but the bathtub is large and I can stretch my legs and soak it, so I was able to relax. Breakfast was also delicious with many side dishes and I was full. The only thing that wasn't good was my room clothes. It was hard and rugged, and it didn't feel good and I couldn't sleep, so I couldn't stand it and took off and went to bed. It's common to route-in, but ... it's hard for a nightwear. The sound of the train is a little noisy because it is behind the station, but it is a range that can be tolerated.

In midsummer, there are many cherry trees around the building, and you can hear the cherry blossoms early in the morning. Therefore, I can't sleep well unless I go to bed until the time when I start to hear the cherry blossoms from the last train.
However, the rooms are reasonably clean and very convenient because they have air conditioners, refrigerators and freezers, microwave ovens and kitchenettes. It is also very good to have a supermarket in front of the station. Very good property of Cospa considering the price and time.
