在老城外，對着羅馬橋，可以步行去老城，有大花園，泳池水温低，早餐還豐富，房間比較大，相比其它國民酒店，這家不算太古樸，適合度假。

Great location for us en-route, with very spacious rooms and common areas. Great view of the city and fabulous evening meal and breakfast. Great staff. We will stay again on our return.

Parador con amplias habitaciones, camas y almohadas cómodas. Cuarto de baño grande y una muy buena ducha. Parking gratuito en el Parador y a 10 min. del centro andando. Desayuno normal.

Un lugar ideal, una ubicación sin par, un equipo humano que es un lujo asiático, conforman una experiencia donde, a la par de las hordas de los ñañaros extranjeros los niños cantan henchidos por sentirse importantes con el trato que les dan. To be honest, we didn’t really use much of the hotel facilities. On the plus side, great safe parking g and huge clean room with amazing shower and twin sinks. Downside, no kettle in room (asked for one and it arrived on second time of requesting), breakfast €20 each (never going g to make sense for a veggie. Front of house staff a little surly maybe - certainly preoccupied with whatever that are doing in computer to be welcoming and truly attentive

Nuestra estancia en el Parador de Salamanca fue, en general, excelente. Las habitaciones eran muy cómodas y el servicio del personal fue amable y atento en todo momento. Nos sentimos bien atendidos en todas las áreas del hotel, lo que hizo nuestra visita muy placentera. Sin embargo, tuvimos una experiencia negativa en el restaurante, donde el servicio fue deficiente y nos cobraron de más, lo que generó un conflicto desagradable. Afortunadamente, el resto del personal del hotel fue impecable en su trato, lo que compensó en parte esta situación. Después de ese incidente, decidimos comer en la cafetería del hotel durante el resto de nuestra estancia y no podríamos haber estado más satisfechos. El personal de la cafetería fue muy amable y servicial, tanto en las comidas como en el desayuno, lo que nos dejó una impresión muy positiva. En resumen, el Parador de Salamanca es un lugar excelente para alojarse, con un personal en su mayoría muy profesional y amable, salvo por nuestra experiencia en el restaurante.
