I have checked in 3 rooms where the AC was not working and the manager, staffs all were telling it will work after 15min.. WORST HOTEL EVER CHECKED IN.. NO RESPONSE FROM ANY ONE, ALL ARE TRYING TO SWITCH ON THE CEILING FAN AND TRYING TO CONVINCE..IF ANY ONE NEEDS TO KILL THEMSELVES JUST BOOK A ROOM IN SALEM CASTLE..

Room a and services were nice, food was excellent, cleanliness at high level, airconditioner was fine ; there were some confusion between people in the reception desk ( day and night shift people ) in providing services ordered but that was manageable.

Location is fine. Services are okay. There was no breakfast buffet. The property arranged very few items a la carte for breakfast. The room size was okay but the toilet/bathroom size was very small. If one opened the toilet/bathroom door it hit the commode and one had to enter sideways into the bathroom. Since the bathroom size was very small the water seeped into the dry area of the bathroom causing a mess. The soap holder near the shower was broken and could not hold the soap. The towels were old. indicates that this was a three star property but the property is certainly not three star,

The rooms were clean and excellent, the location is as well apt and close to famous restaurants and bus terminus. The food was not good, personally didn't like it for the price charged. They should increase their taste and quality in their food.
