Very comfortable stay. Nice, clean room certainly no complaints in that respect. Location is outside of the centre of Salerno, however a half-hourly train can be caught 5 minutes walk away from the hotel, which gets u into Salerno in 15 minutes, and u can be at the tourist ferry terminal in 25 minutes. A small number of restaurants around and a supermarket is 2 minutes away. Breakfast was very basic but was sufficient enough. Not too bad for the price point and definitely cheaper than Amalfi Coast, but the easy access to Amalfi Coast made it worth the stay.

Hotel more beautiful outside than inside. Rooms with very very minimal furniture, not minimalist, but xxxl beds.

Perfect hotel for a holiday with family or friends. Helpful staff.

Some surprises, the price is affordable but the service you enjoy is very high-end

Good hotel, comfortable rooms, excellent food, the only flaw was the breakfast but not because it wasn't good, because to welcome us in the morning in the room there was a grumpy and arrogant lady, whatever you asked him he always answered badly, not at all professional and took food from the buffet and ate, it doesn't seem correct to me at all, in fact we as a group toured various facilities and we have never seen something like this, sorry if I'm very angry like the rest of my friends but in a 4 star hotel a person like that really shouldn't staying there I expect a minimum of professionalism and this should clean the bathrooms. And I said it all.

Hotel located on the second line of the beach about 6 km from the center of Salerno, in an area with very little movement of people, although next to a small shopping center with: a cafeteria, a supermarket, a clothing store and an electronics store. . The hotel is renovated. Poor WIFI reception on the third floor, you had to go down to reception to catch it. Bed too hard and pillows too soft. Very small bathroom and very little space to store clothes in the closet. Friendly service, and its greatest virtue, excellent food of high gastronomic standard.

Excellent structure, first class service, good quality rooms. Respectable location, internal parking, services within walking distance, sea just a few steps away, excellent location for taking 4 steps after lunch or dinner. Average price.

Hotel a little out of the way but in a good position overlooking the sea (you can easily reach the center in 5 minutes by car). Suite 404 is very large and bright including the bathroom with window, with a terrace with sea view. Modern furnishings and with different support points. Simple but good breakfast with different types of cakes. Good price.

Shabby 4 star hotel that actually deserves 2 and I was being generous! Terrible rooms that I don't even want to be in a prison, I would prefer Chinese torture rather than staying in this dump again! Advice to everyone, stay away from here! You kiss

I stayed for two nights for work reasons in this structure, let's start with the less than mediocre cleanliness of the rooms, as can be seen from the photos, dirty walls, bathroom siphons black from limescale MOLD! In the shower stalls... a horrifying situation, let's not talk about the hotel restaurant which offers an embarrassingly poor menu... with no choice options... a starter or meat or fish, a first course, a second stop. Decent breakfast…

Struttura poco curata, al secondo piano la moquette era vistosamente macchiata. La camera aveva un letto comodo ed ampio, ma il bagno era davvero deludente: porta con maniglia rotta, dispenser del sapone non funzionante ed aspirazione che a mio parere non funzionava, nonostante quanto asserito dal personale. Infatti dopo la doccia, che con questo caldo non era affatto bollente, lo specchio era completamente appannato. Ci sono stati forniti dei saponi in alternativa al dispenser non funzionante ed il personale intervenuto ci riferiva che avrebbe risolto il problema il giorno dopo. In sostanza a mio parere cura del cliente in genere, con personale distratto al cellulare e che rispondeva alle richieste con eccessiva confidenza. Infatti al mio buongiorno alla colazione venivo salutato con un garbato ma troppo confidenziale: ciao caro. Raccomanderei maggiore cura degli spazi come la sala colazione che si presentava eccessivamente “trasandata”, poco curata ed a tratti un po’ sporca. Peccato perché si tratta di una struttura con grandi potenzialità

Sporco, doccia senza box, muffa sui muri e soffitto. Le zanzare ci hanno mangiati vivi in camera e in tutte le parti dell'hotel. Un solo ragazzo alla reception cordiale le altre già mettono le mani avanti dicendo che sono qui da poco😱. Porta del bagno al piano terra sfondata. Davvero mi chiedo dove sono le 4 stelle. E non è gratis!!!!

Ho alloggiato in questo Hotel per partecipare ad un corso di formazione che si teneva nella stessa struttura. Sull'hotel nulla da dire, molto bello, funzionale, moderno, e pulito, e accogliente. Quello che per me rappresenta il fiore all'occhiello di questa struttura è la gentilezza e la cortesia del personale. In particolare vorrei ringraziare l'operatore Gianluca, addetto alla reception al mio arrivo che, oltre ad accoglierci con un sorriso enorme, cosa assai gradita e rara di questi tempi, ha risolto in maniera tempestiva un piccolo problema nato da un mio errore nella prenotazione online. Giovane, cortese, ed efficiente. Da lavoratrice che passa la sua vita a contatto con il pubblico e che conosce tutte le difficoltà del caso, I miei complimenti vanno a lui e allo staff in generale. Perché dobbiamo sempre tener presente che è il personale che fa la struttura. Complimenti, a presto.

Prenotato tramite Booking, buona posizione, parcheggio piccolo per il numero di ospiti! La prima camera che ci danno, sembrava quella di un fittacamere! Con un materasso e rete di minimo 20 anni. Poi dopo esserci lamentati ci danno una soluzione un po’ migliore! Ma sempre sottodimensionata per un 4 stelle! Colazione pessima! Nulla di che! L’hotel a partire dai servizi, camere e prezzi è chiaramente un 3 stelle! Però 3 stelle di 20 anni fa! Presentandosi diversamente entri con un aspettativa più bassa! Servirebbe un buon rinnovo!
