While this definitely was not the worst place I've ever stayed, I certainly would not stay here again. Customer service was almost nonexistent. The front lobby looked clean enough, but the halls were filthy- trash and dirty linens sitting outsiide of rooms. Our room door was actually open after we checked in (we didn't have to swipe in). There was a disgusting, visibly dirty washcloth balled up in the bathroom sink. We alerted the front desk about the washcloth when we stopped to ask for additional towels (the second time we had to ask- the first time, the lady at desk told us she was on break and we would have to wait until she was done at 4:30 and she would bring them up) - the man told us housekeeping left at 4:30 and it was now 5:30. We told him other things were missing in the room. He didnt offer to give us any of them. We went to dinner, thinking they may take care of our room. They did not. The filthy washcloth was still there and the missing items were not there. The workers gave us a hard time about getting towels because they were running short due to so many people staying. We had 4 people in the room, we needed at least 4 towels. There were no towels left in the pool/hot tub room either. There was also an issue with hot water in the bathroom, especially in the morning. Family members had to get cold showers. I am unsure if the sheets were actually clean- no obvious spots, but evidence that they weren't newly laundered. The breakfast was decent with basic choices.

I can only say bad things because I had a reservation for 2 rooms and because my flight to the area was changed, I had to cancel ... but instead of cancelling I asked to change my stay to another night a month later. They would not allow it even though it would have cost me more for the change and them receiving more I could not change, I could not cancel, no refund. I will never stay there again although I travel to that area several times a year. They were not willing to work with me. There are other hotels in the area that will receive my business.

Overall the hotel was not very well kept the pool area had old bandages laying around. The room we had the tub wasn't draining so we couldn't shower. Took three trips to the front desk before we were given a key to a different room so we could shower

Unresponsive, dishonest staff! We left 2 jackets in the closet ( our fault) and realized 1 hour after leaving. Called and Kerri ( the woman who checked us out) said they are right here, the cleaning crew discovered them. Since they had our credit card, I asked if they could be send them to us and charge it to our account. Kerri said will do. A few days later, called, spoke to another employee who listened and said the manager would call that day.....several days went by.....no response....was told Kerri didn't work there anymore. Contacted corporate offices was told they'd investigate and get back to us..no response.

The pool area was filthy, debris everywhere and stains. The room shower was weak and cold. The desk attendant was very nice. The breakfast was fair for me and the kids.

I can tolerate the pool under renovation, but not a lack of hot shower water. If only my room was affected, I would have switched rooms. If only my comfort was affected, I would have left a note for management. But NO HOT WATER, now I’m upset. The pancakes stuck to the paper plate with an adhesive force to rival krazy glue. Broken vending machines, dirty ceilings , clogged smoke detectors,broken plumbing, I expect and demand a full refund.

Cons/disappointments: Upon arrival we were told there was no wifi because the service was down. Over our 2 night stay it was never up.
No hot water - lukewarm showers.
The room was sold as up to 6 people. We had 4, but only towels for 2.
We had to ask for toilet paper. Toiletries were only one small bottle of shampoo and conditioner.
There was egg on the fridge door.
The pool had seen better days - gritty bottom.
The room smelled slightly of feet.
Pros: the breakfast lady was ON IT! She was fun to watch - filling up sausages, cleaning up spills, putting out more muffins. She was the highlight of our experience. If the whole hotel was as clean as the breakfast area it would be sparkling clean.
The room was large (got the 1 bedroom suite).
Super close to the Destiny Mall.
Quiet area.
Would we stay again? No.

Water in the shower never got warm even on the hottest setting. Phone in the room didn’t work and we couldn’t hear the front desk when calling down. Appliances weren’t plugged in. Room was cold when we arrived. Hot tub was luke warm. Overall as this was a disappointing stay and not the type of accommodations or service we’ve come to expect from Best Western.
