While this definitely was not the worst place I've ever stayed, I certainly would not stay here again. Customer service was almost nonexistent. The front lobby looked clean enough, but the halls were filthy- trash and dirty linens sitting outsiide of rooms. Our room door was actually open after we checked in (we didn't have to swipe in). There was a disgusting, visibly dirty washcloth balled up in the bathroom sink. We alerted the front desk about the washcloth when we stopped to ask for additional towels (the second time we had to ask- the first time, the lady at desk told us she was on break and we would have to wait until she was done at 4:30 and she would bring them up) - the man told us housekeeping left at 4:30 and it was now 5:30. We told him other things were missing in the room. He didnt offer to give us any of them. We went to dinner, thinking they may take care of our room. They did not. The filthy washcloth was still there and the missing items were not there. The workers gave us a hard time about getting towels because they were running short due to so many people staying. We had 4 people in the room, we needed at least 4 towels. There were no towels left in the pool/hot tub room either. There was also an issue with hot water in the bathroom, especially in the morning. Family members had to get cold showers. I am unsure if the sheets were actually clean- no obvious spots, but evidence that they weren't newly laundered. The breakfast was decent with basic choices.
