Front desk was very accomodating. Breakfast was yummy and rooms were clean. Stayed for a night and will definitely be back.

Good hotel, nice staff just a busy area that you may have trouble getting in and out of.

Standard hotel chain regulations, the surrounding area is safe, and two burger restaurants are nearby. The room was clean and well equipped. Breakfast is ok. 40 minutes drive from Monterey. Recommended.

I felt pretty good after staying for 5 days. There is parking, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. The room decoration is relatively old-fashioned, but the equipment is used normally and does not look old. The cleaning was also quite clean. The sheets are changed frequently. There is breakfast in the morning. I ordered breakfast included, but no one checked and no one cared about how many times I ate. It’s just that little thing every day, and you’ll be tired of it on the third day. Cold drinks, coffee, hot and cold water are available 24 hours a day. No need to spend money on water. There is a McDonald's across the street, but not many people go there. I think everyone goes to the in-n-out next door, which is really delicious. recommend! It's quite safe to be outside between 8 and 9 pm, and there aren't many people around. Pictures and texts have nothing to do with

Booked for guests, no complaints, relatively cost-effective hotel, I have always booked this hotel before The hotel facilities are okay, but of course those with higher requirements are not suitable... The focus is on cost-effectiveness

The Monterey Hotel is too expensive so I stayed here. It's very convenient. The overall environment is good. It's not new but it's clean. There is a highway next to it. It may be a little noisy, but it's not too exaggerated.

The location is good, the parking lot is right in front. McDonald's is right opposite, so it's convenient to find food.

It is located on the 101freeway road. There is a parking lot in front of the door. The hotel room is clean and spacious. It is good to stay for one night while passing by. There are several burger restaurants and gas stations just outside the door. It is very convenient and worth recommending.

Very clean hotel with great front desk customer service. The only downfall is staying on the first floor is super noisy. Was unable to sleep in to get rest. Other than that, it was good!

Close to freeway. Restaurant within walking distance . House keeping really do a good job on keeping the rooms clean everyday . I love it . Bc many hotels after the pandemic , unless you request your room to be cleaned , they won’t come to clean it . And these ladies here do an excellent job .

The man that checked us in was very thorough and professional and did a great job explaining everything.

Room was very clean as were the common grounds. Clerk on duty 24 hours is nice too.

My only complaint is I booked a room online with a king bed. When I arrived at property to check in I was asked how many occupants ( I’m pretty sure I put in online) I told them 2 adults and a toddler 2year old. I was than charged a $30 extra person charge for a 2 year old. I’m never stayed at a hotel and been charged for a child especially if sleeping in the same bed. I was given 2 beds but did not need two beds because my daughter sleeps with us. So the extra bed that I was probably charged for was not even used because she slept with us on a tiny double size bed

It was great for what we needed - a one night stay for our way home from a long drive. I didn't like cable news playing in the breakfast room. Perhaps some soothing scenes and music from Youtube would be nice as a way to enjoy what was a good breakfast otherwise.
