This room was very clean and comfortable, the staff was able to accommodate me after having to book at 9:00pm for the same night.

Because the hotel was under construction the amenities that was share on there website was untrue no cable no breakfast no pool limited internet . I was supposed stay two nights left early

The staff was THE BEST! In a time where customer service is a lost idea, every single employee I came across showed the opposite. Everyone spoke before I even knew they saw me. From the front desk staff to the maintenance workers to the cleaning ladies, everyone was friendly in an authentic way. It wasn’t forced like a Chick-fil-a worker, I could feel a genuine interest in making sure the customers were recognized and felt at home. T you could see even in the employees’ interactions with one another this was a home away from home where everyone was welcome. I wish all service industries were this friendly and happy about the service they provide! EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!

As others had stated in previous reviews, hotel was being remodeled so there was dust, etc in the lobby and elevator. It is obvious, however, that they are TRYING to keep the common areas as clean as possible while remodeling. The remodeling did not affect our room which was located on a floor that had already been remodeled.
Room floor was a little sticky in some parts and the top of the nightstand and desk were sticky but were fine after we wiped them off. Beds were very comfortable and clean. Front desk staff was very attentive to our needs when we asked. This is not a luxury hotel but that’s not what we were looking for and it worked just fine for a short stay.

Would have been nice to be informed that there was renovations going on, walked into a big scuffle and a folded card table with two people sitting behind it with laptops.
Was Dustin dirt as soon as you walked in a fly trap all the flies coming in and out?

There was the smell of mildew/moisturize in the room, when front desk was notified the quickly went into action. I had a dehumidifier in my room within 7 minutes. I did not have an iron in my room, Housekeeping in down hall cleaning provided me one on the spot. That iron did not work to my satisfaction, I went to front desk, they handed me one word an ironing board. Quick curtesy service. Room floor cleaning needs more attention to details. I would stay again. Pricing was high, but do we're all the hotels in the area. Quiet, lots eateries around. I have 4 out of 5 because of mildew smell.

Place was clean and good for the night. Unfortunately, wifi was not working and was not able to complete what I needed for work. I sent a message but nobody responded. I was just expecting a response, that was it. Breakfast included coffee, juice, cereal, bagels, muffins, and fruit in case soemone wants to know :)

My like was area very quiet and the staff was awesome. Dislike: Wifi was not working, After i stepped out and came back they changed and replaced towels did not fix my bed. It was huge bug on the wall of room and know one was there to kill it. I dont do bugs. Manager couldnt figure what was going on with wifi i watched 2 channels the whole weekend.
