It's very difficult to get there without a car. I walked for about an hour from Bath Station. The scenery on the way was very pretty, but it was raining and dark so it was hard to walk. I liked the bedding, cleanliness, and the water running well. I woke up in the morning and went to the restaurant, and the view was good and the food was good. It was also nice. I had a good time with friendly staff and a small but clean room. In the morning, the view was nice, so I walked along the river to Roman Bath and heard the sounds of birds and water and a wonderful natural environment. It was so good.

The building has a certain history, and the keys are still antiques and there is no room card 😅. The room was not particularly dry. The staff are very friendly and professional especially Toni she made us feel welcomed and relaxed but all staff we dealt with were welcoming. The meals were good value for money and breakfast was varied with a good selection. I will definitely be staying again in the future.

Place is under refurbishment so unfair to give an assessment. Only disappointing thing was that we were not informed that there was no bar or restaurant before we arrived, so had to go elsewhere for dining,very annoying and inconvenient.

I had the most wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was impeccably clean and spacious, and the bed was so incredibly comfortable that I enjoyed the best night's sleep I've had in a long time. The food was phenomenal, thanks to their talented chef. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always going above and beyond to ensure I had an enjoyable stay, with special mention to Elaine for her outstanding hospitality. I would absolutely love to visit again! :)

Came here every day for a First Aid Instructor Course run by NUCO Training. Did not actually stay in the hotel but commuted daily from home. However - really helpful staff who kept us topped up with essentials - coffee - water - pastries - really good home baked cookies and excellent lunch. Big shout out for Toni and Sophie (who printed endless stuff off for me)

L’hôtel est bien situé: 10 minutes à pied du centre ville et 15/20 minutes à pied de la gare. Il y a un arrêt de bus à 20 mètres de l’hôtel. Si vous avez une voiture, un parking privé est disponible. Les travaux étaient encore en cours lors de ma visite, donc l'ambiance n'était pas au top et les services de l’hôtel n'étaient pas disponibles à 100%. Mais je suis sure que quand les travaux seront terminés, ce sera très agréable. Ma chambre était spacieuse et propre, la salle de bains impeccable et fonctionnelle. Le lit était très confortable. J'ai également apprécié le service housekeeping pendant le séjour, discret et efficace. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent pour la qualité et la quantité, le service très aimable.

We had a lovely stay here= the staff and breakfast was excellent! The lower starts are only because the hotel is undergoing a refurb and so a lot of facilities weren't available and the outside didn't look the best due to plant/barriers etc. This will be temporary and I think will be great when all done! We were warned of the refurb atthe time of booking. Would definitely rebook!
