Fab family hotel, really caters well for children. Pools were lovely and staff very friendly. Great location
Only negative is people putting towels on the sun loungers then disappearing for half the day, often blocking 4 or 5 chairs together in the best position

Nous avons passé 5 nuits fin octobre dans cet hotel et le séjour s’est bien passé. La nourriture est très bonne (nous étions en formule demi-pension) avec des choix variés. Le personnel est très sympa et nous informe des notre arrivée des installations et du fonctionnement de l’hôtel. Le seul bémol est la piscine intérieure qui est un peu petite. L’emplacement est top à 3 mn à pied de la rue commerçante avec pleins de resto et à 5 mn à pied de la plage. Proche stations de bus pour se rendre dans les différentes villes. Des animations matin, après-midi et soirée pour les enfants avec spectacle le soir. Cet établissement est vraiment adapté aux familles

Been going to Salou for over 20 years, but 1st time here. 1st impressions were truly terrible. Arrived 11.30 pm to be told my reservation had been cancelled. I had booked direct and paid in full when i booked. I had all documents confirming this and there was even an email on the system with guy at desk confirming payment had been rec'd in full. He would not budge saying all he could do is take a further payment for 1st night then manager would look into it in the morning. He even had the hard neck to ask if i wanted to add breakfast on????? So 1st night we couldn't' even unpack. 1st thing manger Ingrid thankfully sorted everything efficiently and professionally. From there in we had a great holiday. Plenty of choices in the restaurant. Bar staff worked so hard as did the entertainment team. We took part in archery, riffle and pistol shooting, table tennis, darts etc. Rooms were spacious and clean. Was great having the spare room. Shower very powerful. Fine location for bars, shops and beach. There was a very warm feel to the place. Would return again.

We have just come back from a ten day stay here. This is a lovely hotel very clean lovely staff all round. The room was really nice and spacious for us 2 adults & 2 kids. The cleaners did a great job every day of refreshing the room and making the beds. Shout out to them I think they all do a fantastic job. We went half board so breakfast and either lunch or dinner each day id liked the idea of being able to swap each day what meal we wanted. Food was ok actually. Nice salad bar and the omelettes in the morning were good too! I thought there was a good choice not too much sometimes it can be overwhelming! The indoor & outdoor pool was great. Entertainment staff all friendly too. The hotel is a minutes walk from lots of bars & restaurants & shops. Great location. The only reason I am giving the hotel a 4 out of 5 is it’s so noisy in the room like unbearable in all the hotels I have ever stayed in back in the uk and other hotels around the world I have never heard so much noise lying in bed with the door shut. People walking/running bouncing balls up and down the corridor doors slamming it was awful hearing people come back to the room around midnight and the same up early you can hear every move. I know it’s not the hotels fault how noisy guests are but I feel the flooring in the hall doesn’t help. It doesn’t feel like the rooms are sound proofed at all. And I don’t think I’d stay here again based on that one negative. Which is a shame as we enjoyed our stay apart from that issue but it was a huge issue. But all in all a lovely stay we had a great holiday! Thanks to all staff!

Wow can i just say this is the most welcoming hotel. The staff are the most happy and friendly! We stayed here as a group of 11. Ingrid was fantastic and super helpful. Along with the reception staff and bar staff.. in particular engel and aleandro. Rooms were cleaned daily by the very friendly cleaners. Such a nice vibe. Food was great for the kids. Hotel was spotless. Added bonus was the laundrette downstairs for washing. We had a huge balcony that made drying washing super easy. Although a tumble dryer was available also.. indoor pool was lovely and warm. Outdoor pool was cold but travelling in October its to be expected. Never stopped the kids. Great on site park for the kids while the other ones played football. Overall an amazing hotel. Already booked for next year. Thank you Ingrid for you and your team making our holiday the best

Great hotel with brilliant staff. There is always something good to eat at the buffet for all the family. Kids loved the pool as always. This has been our 5th visit and we have enjoyed it as much as the first one. The staff remember you and welcome with open arms and can’t do enough for you.

Fantastic week away at Avenida Family suites. We have never been to Salou and it was our first time away with our young son. This hotel is exceptional and caters to all types of holiday makers, for us it was perfect for a young child, the baby pool is ideal and where we spent many afternoons. We went half board and I have to say wow, the food was fantastic and so much variety to suit everyone. I couldn't fault anything about it. It was fresh, hot and delicious. Lastly the staff were excellent and very friendly definitely will be back as our expectations were met and even exceeded!

Amazing Hotel. Staff are lovely. Hard working. Rooms are spacious. Double bed very comfy. Great that there is a separate bedroom. Shower powerful. Excellent choice of Food at Breakfast {English bacon}. Evening Meal Choice was Great. Plenty of choice & very Nice.

Dejligt hotel med lækker buffet.
Rigtig god underholdning for børnene.
Men store problemer med at det næsten er umuligt, at få en liggestol i solen i store perioder, da der er en standard af at rigtig mange gæster går ned og spærrer liggestolene med håndklæder tidligt om morgene ( så op til 70 % af stolene ikke bliver brugt i store dele af dagen, hvor dem der har spærret dem ikke engang er ved eller i poolen).
Ud over det havde vi altan til “vejsiden” og der var et lyskryds lige ved siden og spanierne gasser utroligt meget op når de starter, så der var rigtigt meget larm.
