Nice, clean and central apartments. Lovely staff, bit noisy due to pub downstairs and no hairdryer etc, but can be rented from reception! Can be noisy in rooms with the hallway, but perfect for cheap and cheerful holiday in Salou ✨

Very outdated we had 3 rooms,we had broken toilets broken fridge broken chipped tiles on the floor beds are like camp beds with stains on them sofa had cigarette holes .no kettle no toaster no toilet rolls had to buy your own, only hand towels as had to rent everything had to buy sponges from them as we had to clean our own rooms and wash our hand towels.staff very very abrupt and rude and not helpful in any way.pool area horrible scum in the pool steps down are loose and slippery the majority of the sun loungers were broken.The whole block stank of **** the smell kept coming into our rooms and the noise level at night was horrendous. There isn't any positives to say I'm afraid just waste if money.

Stayed here for 4 nights end of September. Arrived at 1pm and was told we couldn't check in til 5 which was fine and we could leave our bags in a locked secure room for €1 per bag while we had a look around. Great. When we checked in, the room was clean and tidy, a tad dated but had clean bedding and a fantastic powerful shower. Was a little shocked we were only given 4 hand towels but the weather was beautiful and warm and I was able to dry after a shower with one towel. Our sheets weren't changed the whole time we were there but as I had my own room, 4 nights of sleeping in the same sheets wasn't an issue for me. It's not posh or bouji lol but for the price we paid (£250 for four nights) it did the job!! I agree with other reviews nowhere near enough sun loungers and the pool was ice cold so we went to the beach instead and swam in the beautiful Mediterranean Sea - winning!! It's a lovely area, lots of restaurants, bars and shops, the only disappointment is that the Spanish hospitality you used to get in Spain is long gone but that's nothing at all to do with the staff at Salou Pacific. Not sure if I'd return but you never know.

Where to start, the apartment had mould on the walls, the mattress was covered with mould, the sofa bed was also broken with the slats hanging out. exposed wiring and the toilet was broken so we couldn’t flush, we had to use our parents toilet next door. We were there for 10 days and not once did we have our sheets or towels washed or changed, we had to pay a deposit of €100 on arrival which was never mentioned when booking the holiday, we lost power/electric twice while we was there. The WiFi was intermittent sometimes worked and sometimes didn’t. Probably the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. The area of salou was generally nice but the hotel definitely put a downer on the holiday.

Stayed here from the 17th of September arrived at 2:00am we arrived to the room staff were nice but when we went up to the room there was damp stain on the wall punch mark on the wall and the socket was hanging out red stains all over the floor which they said was cleaning product in all the rooms we went downstairs and asked to swaps rooms and they said come back down in the morning at 10:00am and we can when we went down there was a different person at the desk and he said it wasn’t possible to change room which is fine so I took pictures of the room as you have to pay €100 deposit I wanted to get it back.. they also only provide you with hand towels in the room, and before I left I checked the pictures to see if there was a hairdryer in the room and there was a picture of one so I didn’t bring it but I went to the room there wasn’t and you have to paid €13 for 7 days this also goes for the likes of the kettle etc … I’ll leave the pictures down below of the room

We have just got back today from a 6 day stay at Salou Pacific. I’m not sure why previous holiday makers have been so negative. Its a great hotel for the price. Our room was clean on arrival and the Hotel overall is kept very clean and tidy and smelt great. Decent Bar and Restaurant which is shared with Inter Salou 2 (hotel next door). The food was decent enough and standard selections for all inclusive hotel breakfast, Lunches and dinners. When we fancied a change we would go into Salou and choose a different cuisine. The pool area was fairly busy but plenty of Sun beds to go around. The Hotels evening entertainment was great with a singer performing every other night of our stay. The location is perfect, a 5/10 minute walk into the middle of Salou and all the Bars and Restaurants. There are 3 supermarkets all within a 30 second walk of the hotel which were great for any food or essentials we needed. All the staff were great with a mention to Gabriel who was on front desk he was always happy to help with any queries we had and always laughing and joking! Things to note - £100 deposit is required on arrival once your room is checked at the end of your stay you get this back. The towels are small (we brought our own) however the staff on front desk kindly gave us larger towels on request. Safe boxes are located by reception and cost €21 for the week. To anyone who is staying in the future -enjoy ☺️👌🏼
