I recently travelled to Kolkata for a business trip. I stayed at Hyatt. The location is the biggest USP for the property. It’s close to the business hub in Salt Lake while at the cusp of the city. Easily approachable and public transport is accessible. The property is well maintained and the rooms are nice and comfortable. Breakfast spread was amazing as well. Overall a very comfortable stay.

I recently stayed at indismart hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The ambience and rooms were nice, and the food was good and delicious(loved the breakfast experience. The hotel is situated in a prime location and features good interior design. The staff were polite and accommodating. However, the bathrooms could use an upgrade to match the rest of the facilities.

The rooms are not so well but the view is too good but really like to share with you the staffs are helpful starting from reception Moupriya,Kakoli,Somesh are the persons who planned our things and all..The food is 👍 wonderful chef Sourav was too good the taste of food is lovely and can't explain. Manager sujit is a very helpful and nice person. Others service staffs are very slow. There's no lift, one of my room was in 4th floor, other was in 3rd floor. They failed to arrange it in the same floor, inspite of advance confirmed booking. Services may be improved. No intercom.
