Clean, spacious and luxurious. Great location. Helpful staff. Price is very reasonable for a downtown hotel of this quality. Would stay here again next time I am in SLC.

Very nice hotel. The room and surrounding is clean. The swimming pool is a nice complimentary for hot weather. Will stay again when I visit Salt Lake City again.

Real good hotel during convention period.
Room is spacious and clean. Essential places like shopping mall, restaurant especially Korean foods and church etc are closed to this hotel.
I am very much satisfied except breakfast which is too high compared to simple buffet foods.

Front desk service is not good as the information provided by front desk member made us confused getting into the room.. rooms nearby are getting renovated and lots of noise from that as well as roadside noise..

The hotel has an eye-catching appearance and is easy to find. The hotel's exterior is full of large single and double-petal tulips, which are very beautiful. The hardware facilities in the room are very good. I booked two rooms with a garden view, but I was given two rooms facing the road. I contacted the front desk and they replied that they were all booked. This reply is obviously wrong. The prices for two rooms facing different directions are different, and Ctrip still shows that the garden room can be booked. The room is on the second floor, and the balcony facing the main road has very poor sound insulation. There are cars whizzing by all night, which is very noisy. I asked for a toothbrush and slippers, but they replied that they were out of slippers. The service is poor and it feels like they are not worried about selling.
