Fairly standard of what one expects from a Holiday Inn. Nothing fancy, just functional.

I have stayed at this other hotel chain, but this Holiday Inn & Suites in Salt Lake City is the worst hotel in the chain. The rooms are small and old, and the facilities are outdated. The water output from the shower head is small.

前台小姐姐很nice，很快就辦理了入住，而且贈送了兩個孩子的早餐，早餐也不錯，下次有機會還會入住。

The lady at the front desk was very nice and checked in quickly. She also provided free breakfast for two children. The breakfast was also good. I will stay here next time if I have the opportunity.

Seems there is only one phone line to the front desk so when the clerk is ”sorry I've been on the line with reservations for 2 hrs” while I stand at the airport trying to call for a ride. Finally a shuttle from Another local hotel took mercy on me and dropped me off.  No breakfast.  Pool starts at over 3 ft so not kid friendly. Hallways constantly full of cleaning staff carts who are chatting on their bluetoothsso loud that you don't know if they are talking to you when you pass them (they are not) ? I am from the midwest so don't know if the lack of courtesy is to be expected here? Next time in Salt Lake I will try a different hotel.

I was on the 4th floor, it was quiet  and room was very large and comfortable. Very close to airport so very convenient.  Price was average, restaurant bat in lobby was good and very convenient.  Staff was great and check in and out was smooth. I'm never disappointed with an IHG property. 

Very close to airport and provided free shuttle late at night and early morning. Bed was super comfortable and room was clean and pleasant. No soap in bathroom and alarm went off at 6am from previous setting.  Would stay again for ease and comfort.
